Good location, easy access to city center. Clean. Good breakfast, has rice option

The staff are helpful and responsive, and everything in this hotel meets a 5-star standard, except the pool is a bit small. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, it was a smooth experience. The easy next-door parking. The lovely, engaging attendant at check-in (named Mac). The amazing view (thank you Mac for putting us in that room my two kiddies loved it). The art all aroind the hotel was exceptional, just like the amazing view from the spacious window. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotless and we enjoyed the waterfall shower. The security of the hotel ensured a sense of safety. The dining area for buffet breakfast was warm and relaxed, and the service was friendly and prompt. I can't fault the Adnate. 5 stars.

The artwork is stunning! It creates a beautiful and inspiring hotel environment.

Lovely staff, nice clean apartment, decorated really nicely, love the artwork. Lifts were nice n quick. Didnt go to bar and pool but both looked great! Great location, would defintiely stay again!

Location is very convenient, good for family with kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Adnate. It was like staying in an artwork, with every little detail captured. The staff were lovely and the breakfast service was really nice.

Overall very good experience

A tastefully prominent building in the middle of Perth, the interiors continue the aesthetic. It was also appropriately heated, and comfortable. If anything, the fare at breakfast could have been better.

The room and hotel were very modern and fresh with very comfortable bed and very clean. The staff at reception were wonderful and helpful. While the room was we’ll appoint in most respects it was quite disappointing for storage, having no drawers at all and nowhere to properly put a suitcase. The place provided below the open hanging space is only big enough for carry- on size luggage or a no normal suitcase sideways and hanging out a bit. So if you like to unpack for your stay I wouldn’t recommend it. We had a problem with the water temperature in the shower which was very difficult to control and was scalding hot for most of the mixer range. I ended up having a cold shower to be on the safe side. We were moved to another room as it couldn’t be rectified. This had better temperature control but still more touchy than I think it should be. We loved the hotel but wouldn’t stay again because of the lacking storage and the touchy shower control.

Room abd artworks were lovely. Adding a couch to the room and more English Breakfast teabags would take it to the next level! Staff were very helpful.Thanks for a great stay
