The accommodation was excellent. Large, clean, comfortable room with lots of place for my son to play. Nice bathroom, with a proper full size hair dryer.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Was perfect for us, as we came from Launceston to attend a dear friend’s birthday, so once we were there, we only had to walk a few metres to the function room. Would definitely stay there again

I have spoken with staff ...the acess to the rooms did not meet current building standards. I have very weak legs and had to climb the step up to my room by getting on my hands and knees. and lean onto car bonnets to get down. They are renovating the buildings and advised to ensure steps are altered and more small ramps are needed off footpaths for people with walkers or in wheelchairs. The step up from the carpark to my room was triple standard height. Unsafe and falls risk . Staff very helpful and rooms clean and calm. Enjoyed my stay .

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Hotel provides great food and service. Clean basic facilities which travellers need. Convenient access from all areas of Tasmania. Can walk into city of Devonport and close to Spirit of Tasmania berth.
