We liked that it was quiet. The pool was beautiful and cool even in the afternoon of what was a very hot day. I room was very clean and tidy. All the facilities like the air conditioner, fan, tv and fridge all worked well.

整体来说可以，挨着海边很近。凯恩斯本身就不大，步行基本可以到达车站和码头。

背包客纯省钱可以考虑，但都不便宜。如果带着孩子简直是受罪。早餐只有面包，牛奶。很简陋。房间完全不隔音，很热。空调很不好用。一点都不凉快。酒店称是客人不会用。不满意也不让提前退房。前台的态度也不好。而且非常难找到前台。往往需要在门口等10分钟以上。离市区需要走半个小时。很不方便。为了不影响自己的行程，没退钱，我们也搬到holiday INN去了。
这是我在澳大利亚住过得条件最差，服务最差的酒店。或者说根本没有服务。不理解还会有推荐的。

I like to have the bedding linen changed which did not happen in this case.
I feel bad in keep requesting the same thing.
I am positive that the day I checked in, the linen was filthy as I had bites.It was not changed by previous customers. After staying in hotels, I can tell when the linen has not been changed or the bedsheets had people lying on it.The hotel did change on the next day but that was it.

the room was very small. We were directed to the most expensive restaurant in town rather than given a choice. We were kept awake all night by the gusts next door - who literally partied all night. We told reception who apologised but didnt really go beyond a "sorry" - offering to help us with our luggage would have sufficed but - nothing.
