Bad: My room is 102 when I live in The Baxley, and the air-condition leaking water on the bed. not a big problem, but need to fix it. and the toilet is not that clean but totally understand, because its for public user in The Baxley. Good: Most of the worker are friendly and very welcome those visitor who live there. like they answer my question quickly and help me to solve the problem right away. I like the coffee machine that provide in the public area, make a big different for coffee lover. Love the surprise that you guys prepare, I mean the champagne. Recommendation: I can understand that the clothes washing machine will increase the expenditure to the company. but for a visitor like me, live from 30 December 2019 - 04 janurary 2020, should have a better offer on the clothes washing, that is what I think is better. Thank you for everything.

Room is clean, bed is very comfortable and house is very beautiful. Everything is good but only hair dryer can't be borrowed since the front desk is unavailable after 19:00pm.

Check in complicated room was a poststamp I choose a room with en-suite but it was positioned between 4 bathrooms for the other guests doors slammed all night, area around was run down Very very overpriced glorified backpackers.

The rooms are very small with limited cleaning staff for the price paid

Came to visit our daughter who did research work at a hospital in Sydney

There was an annoying noise from the ceiling that would come on for 3 seconds every 15 min or so all day and night.

Room was very clean and staff very helpful. 15 min walk to Bondi and easy access to the metro.

I really enjoyed my stay, but it would be good if there were air fresheners in the shared bathrooms to keep them smelling fresh between cleans

The hotel staff were lovely and so helpful!

Great location, ecofriendly and clean. Good new concept of accommodation. The only downside was that the rooms were very small, and pretty noisy- I could hear the person from the room next door snoring and people walking in and out of their rooms at night.

Staff are amazing, easy checking-in and out. There are market stores around there fun to walking to the beach.

Excellent hotel and friendly service.
