Only have one main concern, The first staff we met when we arrived early ( before check in time) he was not friendly and helpful. He did not even do any kind of greeting when he saw us. The rest of the staff were polite & helpful. Overall my experience is good.

PRO Lovely staff. Very helpful. Small room but adequate. Close to many things including music hall. Colorful area, not for the nervous. Close to train. CONnAir con leaked onto carpet.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed even though the room was smaller than I expected. My advice is to be careful with the photos on booking websites. I thought the room with the outdoor areas would be bigger and have grass but it wasn’t. I also thought the upgrade would only cost $30 but it was actually $30 a night. Other than that, I loved it!

Easy walk from train station. Central to cafe/restaurants, events venues, music & tourist highlights. Comfy bed in a room equipped with all of the essentials.

Great value for what you get in middle of all the action in Fortitude Valley. Rooms we clean, modern and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when next in Brisbane

The hotel and room were great! The bed was very comfy and the blackout curtains were an excellent touch. It's located near quite a few restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as a few markets. I took a brief walk to there from the train station. Georgia, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and had many recommendations.
