Fantastic hotel and staff couldn’t have been better! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite. The gym room in the Darling hotel is small, and do not have any soft bench to sit on for workout. There could be more signage on how to drive to the pickup or drop off area in the Darling hotel. As requested Uber ride several times, but the drivers mostly have trouble finding the entrance and parked far away opposite the hotel. Overall, the staff are very helpful and nice and assisted us throughout. Would love to come back next time travelling.

服務非常好，入住時職員和我們閒談，記下我們之前由黃金海岸過來，離開時另一職員和我們閒聊時問我們享受黃金海岸和悉尼的旅程嗎，用心！ 離開時放下行李再去遊逛，職員主動詢問要不要樽裝水，貼心！ 缺點是房間(corner suite)的硬件。客廳放了大沙發、4人餐桌餐椅，還有單人沙發、腳踏、茶几…沒什麼空間，連進入睡房也有點逼…另外，有jacuzzi但住在8樓，與附近樓宇接近，只能落簾浸浴。
