Nice place. 2 fabric chairs in the room were a bit old and gross, but the rest of the room was great. Fridge was tiny. Didn’t fit the small tub of ice cream we bought. Bed was comfy and clean. Nice modern feel.

On check in staff member wasnt very pleasant. Asked if she chose savings for my deposit. She was stared and said yes after her pause. Popped pin in to see i had a surcharge. She chose credit, not savings. Wasnt friendly at all. Check out was lovely. Staff memeber was friendly, warm and kind. Room advertised as City view. Overlooked a large dirty looking carpark, back of old buildings then in thw distance what they classed as city perhaps. Room was really lovely however and very clean. Alot of noise from a pub close by but settled by midnight.

Room was fine. They should tell you to drive in upstairs to check in. Also got my key card wrong so had to travel up and down twice with my luggage.

The hotel is central and only a short walk to the water. The rooms are modern and very clean. The RockS@lt restaurant located in the hotel was fantastic, with great food and service. There are coffee shops in very close proximity. Glad we stayed here and would recommend
