If you Will come to the Gold Coast, this hotel is highly recommended! And you can swim in the pool. Btw,breakfast is very delicious!
Go straight is Surfers Paradise and right is the Sky point! See the beach at night...so so beautiful
You can play and eat delicious food、ice cream...
Those people are very friendly！
Oh! G-Line go to Brisbane just need 1 hour.

The staffs of this hotel were very helpful and nice to us. The hotel also looked fancy. But the elevator was terrible.

The night when check in, the reception guy is so helpful n nice, forgot his name. There a misunderstanding on the second day, I hang the clean up room but the housekeeping did not clean up n said I hang do not disturb, asking for water did not have, need to go down to reception to ask again.

交通便利，離cavil輕軌站很近，位於鬧區中心購物逛街都很方便。可惜正下方的餐廳會開到很晚，半夜12點過後才會安靜下來，吵鬧的程度即使住9樓並關窗仍可清楚聽見音樂及人聲。

Everything good , but I m not supposed that the renovation work in the hotel started from 8am! The noise of drilling machine invaded the room so that we can't sleep anymore. We reported to the reception and they said the noise maybe from the nearby buildings. However, I saw a renovation worker just passed through the reception when we checked out. Anyway, I really hope it is only an isolated incident.

The Island exceeded all my expectations. The room was super big, was surprised to see it had a large balcony with chairs to hang out, free water bottles and chips each day. Location was near all the action but about a block away so quieter. And had a nice pool, restaurant, and lounge with billiards. Loved the stay.

Our twin suit was great! Very comfortable beds and spacious layout. The hot tub was chilly and when I spoke to the front desk the manager said it was in fine working order so perhaps we were mistaken. Our vehicle did not fit in the parking but the parking garage around the corner was great and cheaper. Overall great room but pool and hot tub require maintenance.
