It's in a very good location, not very busy but not quiet. Very close to the Yarra River, there are even rooms with the Yarra River view. The room is clean, cozy, comfortable. The breakfast menu is prodigious.

We stayed at the Langham last night 22/05/26 the Langham as always has a special feel to it comfortable clean and friendly Ray the doorman was an absolute gentleman an asset to the hotel he greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. That’s set the tone for the rest of the evening. Well done Ray well done Langham.

Selected the Langham for the location and onsite spa. It’s in walking distance to major attractions, the CBD and a central metro station. The onsite spa was nice, but a bit overpriced. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice perk with a panoramic view of the skyline. The decor is a bit dated, but it was a comfortable 2 night stay.

We stayed at the Langham last night 22/05/26 the Langham as always has a special feel to it comfortable clean and friendly Ray the doorman was an absolute gentleman an asset to the hotel he greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Nice, super quiet room facing river was beautiful. Facilities and location is great, staff very helpful and a nice buffet breakfast. The only let down was the terrible rain shower head that had no water pressure

The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day).
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together.
