The hotel is very neat and tidy. Location being on the Rock is also very convenient. Just one minor comment, the pillows are a bit too soft somewhat making sleeping not very comfortable.

Nice low rise hotel in Sydney that's central and close to the city and sites.

This was our second visit in a week and we wish that we could return again soon. If you get chance have breakfast in your room, it is a wonderful treat.

Just beautiful. Easy and comfortable. Staff so attentive. Room so beautiful and mattress perfect. Pillows a little soft. Stayed for 2 nights but felt like I had been there for 4.

My husband and I were there for 4 nights celebrating his retirement.The city view room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We both enjoyed a passage at Chuan Spa the day we flew in which was luxurious and relaxing. The hotel pool was bigger than expected and very relaxing to swim in. We loved the residential feel of the neighbourhood with easy walking distance to the waterfront and CBD. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff kindly offered us an early check-in. Very friendly!

Staying at The Langham Sydney feels like one long, luxurious exhale. From the moment you arrive, you’re wrapped in a sense of calm and indulgence that’s hard to find anywhere else. The attention to detail is remarkable — every corner, every interaction feels considered. We especially loved the day spa (an experience in itself), where the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Breakfast here is exceptional — one of the best and most diverse selections I’ve seen, catering beautifully to every taste. The Langham is an old-world beauty, but she never loses her grace, style, or impact. Time may pass, but her elegance endures. A stay here is truly a gift to yourself.

Staff are awesome

I was delighted by the room and facilities. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bath was relaxing. I was thrilled by the support I received from staff from housekeeping and at reception, especially, the ever reliable and helpful, Jose who went out of his way to ensure my stay was welcoming. I wish I had stayed longer. Naturally, all these amenities and creature comforts come at an expected price, which I think was reasonable, but a little high. Saying that, I will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, hospitable service, great neighborhood to explore. We enjoyed the Observatory Bar, pool, and Cuban Spa.
