Great experience with the reception staff and great accommodation

Well located, comfortable and clean.

Reception hours limited. Very old rooms. No room servicing unless you stay 8 days and then only serviced once midway through your stay. Hard to believe this is a 4 or 5 star property.

The Lookout is a beautiful resort overlooking Noosa Heads. You can walk onto Hastings Street in 10 minutes. Our apartment was superb. Lots of space and well equipped. The staff were super friendly and efficient, giving great advice as to what to do and see. A great stay and one where we made amazing memories.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay. The path down to Hastings St was great for our walks to the national park. Lovely water views and fully equipped kitchen.

We choose The Lookout for a special birthday getaway. From start to finish it was fabulous. Communication was excellent and a couple of special requests were met. The unit we ended up in was an ocean view room. Neadless ro say, fabulous outlook from the large balcony. As part of a 3 bed unit the living area was spacious and well appointed. The pool and spa were private and well maintained. Finally, the location is a short walk to the beach.

Fantastic Hotels, clean, great amenities, comfy beds, friendly staff.

A beautiful spacious apartment that we really didn’t want to leave. Well located so that you are able to walk to Hastings Street (yes, there are 200 hundred steps but we didn’t find them a problem & we’re definitely not spring chickens!), & excellent off street parking. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Loved the size of the apartment and the space I was given. Helpful information given on arrival. A really good prompt and caring response from “Greg” after an incident on Sunday night. Would def return.

Had a very lovely time, very relaxing stay. The only downside to it is if were home at night and wanted to watch tv, not all channels worked on the tv.

Everything about The Lookout Resort exceeded my expectations. Location is great, size of the rooms really big, a nice terrace, lovely living room, great kitchen, there’s a bathtub, you can walk to Hastings St and many other places around it and the best part of course was the kindness and hospitality from Leah. Thank you so much!

A beautiful property close enough to Hastings street to walk to shops and restaurants but tucked up on a quiet hill above the area. So peaceful and relaxing.

The apartment was clean, well decorated with spectacular views of the water. It was a great place to recharge and walkable to the beach and Hastings Street. We’ve been traveling for a while so it was great to have a washer & dryer too. Highly recommend the Lookout in Noosa Heads!

Great spot to access Hastings street through the National Park with 200 steps

We arrived before check-in time and were told the room had been vacant for 3 days but we couldn’t go in before they checked the room. We decided to go to the beach instead of waiting there. It would have been nice and great customer service if they had checked the room the day before and let us have an early check in since the room had been empty. Instead we had to change in the tiny toilet in the swimming pool area as they don’t have a proper bathroom there.

I love the peaceful location

Staff were friendly and we loved the forest outlook from our room. The apartment was extremely spacious and clean. It was great being able to walk to Hastings Street (even though it was on a hill) so there was no need to go on the endless search for carparks. Only about a 500m walk to the beach and a bit further to the prettiest national park in Queensland.

Not a great way to start a holiday vacuuming debris and wiping down shelves and draws before unpacking. I would say this had not been attended to for a very long time. Standard of cleaning appalling. Had to scrape and wash old dried food off cutlery and dishes before using. Totally unacceptable. No quality control of cleaning protocol at all. Very disappointing.

Wonderful location on rise above town, great views out to beaches and ocean, all facilities in apartment you would ever need. Great front desk service, look forward to returning!

Spacious apartment, super clean and in great condition. In a beautiful parkland setting, away from hustle and bustle of Hastings street, but really only 4-5 mins away by foot. For older people the walk could take longer, and some may not find it suitable as it is quite steep, but it was not an issue for us.
