Free parking, very close to the shops and the supermarkets, just 2 min walk! Lovely swimming pool and friendly reception and cleaning staff. I will definitely come back!

During my stay at The Lost Camel in Ayers Rock, I was thrilled to receive an early check-in, allowing me extra time to explore Uluru. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. However, I did notice a slight odor from the air conditioning system. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great accessibility.

A good stop over for 1 night before our trip room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. Close to the luttke shopping zone which was handy. Staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. There is a nice pool area but was too cold for swimming during our stay. Price is high but all the hotels are at a premium in Uluru.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Grocery store and shops were right beside. Any tours was just a 2 minute walk to another hotel, real easy. Nice and comfortable.

Super accommodations

Good size room, well laid out. What we didn’t like was the very noisy air conditioning.

Excellent property for the cost.

Complexe hôtelier au milieu du désert. Tout est prévu sur place navette gratuite pour vous emmener depuis l’aéroport, restaurant, supermarché poste, boutique, souvenirs. Les chambres sont confortables pour un hôtel au milieu du désert et grandes . Tout est également prévu pour assouvir vos envies d’activité et de visite. Grosse déception, en revanche pour le petit déjeuner qui est cher et non adapté ( buger , avocado toast …) De manière générale la restauration est de type snack

Basic 3 stars hotel with a 5 stars price tag, as all other establishments near Uluru - requiring unacceptable prices for mediocre services.Nice pool area though and location just near town square is also an advantage.

The hotel was OK, but it felt overpriced for what it offers. Also, we had a bad experience with the room service, and it was difficult to communicate with the staff. The reception hours are limited, and we had to go to another hotel to address our concerns.

The spacious bed will allow me to comfortably participate in tomorrow's tour.

Very basic and poor quality

Uniquely this hotel has all rooms with no proper windows, just opaque glass from shower room and toilet. This felt claustrophobic and dark during daytime. In the night it was impossible to get the room dark for sleeping as there are lights outside on two sides shining through glass and around the door. There are no curtains or blinds. This didn’t suit me as I can’t sleep in a light room. Overall the hotel is nice, modern and clean so it’s a shame.

Good location, clean and comfy

Our stay was good, bed was really comfortable but the place can do with updating and cleanliness can be improved.

Plenty of gift shops & restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Water pressure was very low. Which meant a 4 min shower was almost impossible. Need a small stool next to bed. Need a bit more storage. Ie shelving, hooks, etc. otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.

Most of the rooms have no windows, a fact I might have missed in the reviews. They did transfer me to a room with windows but no hot water. My request to address this met with no success. The staff was very pleasant, but 3 days without a shower is too much.
