Bed is comfortable and clean but too far from subway station

Great hotel in CBD district, close to everything, will back again

Very nice hotel with good quality service prodided. Locate in good district close to everything, will stay again.

The King size bed was actually just two single beds put together so it was very uncomfortable in the middle. The room’s window was inward facing so the window was directly facing the elevator and walkways. This means the blinds has to be down the whole time. The room was also on top of the restaurant and bar on the ground floor. So it was extremely noisy until like 11pm. When asked about a room change, the staff responded “that’s just the room you book and there is not much we can do”, while the listing did not mention the “combined” single beds or the inward facing windows. Def not worth the price for such poor environment and the staff attitude.

Nice hotel with great service

In general, it is an ideal place to stay. The room is clean, the facilities are new, and it's quiet. the breakfast is OK and the staffs are friendly.

Amazing

Although advertised as a 5 star luxury hotel, with several restaurants, bars and amenities, and a buffet breakfast included with the room, the experience was poor. Restaurants were completely closed on some days and closed very early on others. The rooftop bar was booked out for events. The breakfast was from a restrictive meat-based menu with either coffee or orange juice. The pub closed at 8pm. Water bottles were only provided on check in and had to be personally requested thereafter with the hotel policy being not to provide them. Room service food options consisted of a toastie. The hotel was clean and the rooms had decent air con, but the experience was far from 5 star.

Booked one night here while on holidays (Kids free) and checking in was a breeze staff friendly and efficient. Upon checking into the room, wasn’t what we asked for

5つ星ホテルの清潔さと快適さで、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。建物自体は古いですが、隣の部屋の音はまったく聞こえず静かに過ごせます。 中心街にありながら専用駐車場があるのは大変便利でした。部屋も広く、スリッパも用意されていて快適です。 朝食はとにかくボリューム満点！朝からお腹いっぱいになれるので、ぜひ朝食オプションをつけることをおすすめします。 唯一残念だったのはWiFiで、暗号化通信が無料で使えるともっと安心できると思いました。

Close to my office here in perth

Nicely located hotel in a quiet area but with plenty of bars,cafes, shops nearby . Short stroll into town centre and down to the river area. Hotel was okay , maybe a little bit tired in the bedroom and succeptable to traffic noise being on the road . Good options for dining and small gym. All in all a decent stay and location.
