Pavilion design is good in MONA, including all the equipment they used are famous, high tech and designer brand, but already a bit old and not very clean. We stay in Robin, bed and bedding are good, service is just ok, if call for service midnight, there will be no one answer your phone, and kitchen don't have any folks at all. Breakfast are great and staff have prepare breakfast for us at the night before when he know we are going to a cruise next day in a very early morning, that was very sweet actually. If you love art and want to go Mona, stay in their pavilion is the best choice I can say, just you need to have patience for waiting staff to walk over to your pavilion and can accept some of the equipment is a bit not very clean.

Overall with excellent experience while the following issues needed to be further reviewed and improved: 1) Aging electronic equipment which needed to be upgraded (particularly the TV system which the bulky remote control with short cell battery life) 2) The room cleaning services should pay more attention on placing resident items. I found my pajama placed on the floor after the room was cleaned up. Anyway, friendly and helpful staff (no matter the receptionist or restaurant staff) make our trip happy!

The hotel provides excellent services and comfort environment but the maintenance of in-house equipment is not well enough. A TV channel was found loss of audio and the music function in the bathrooms are not response well or even no response (radio is ok). Generally speaking, we still enjoyed a wonderful trip there especially the environment and view around there, in addition to the bravo dinner and breakfast by the restaurant named "Source"!

We loved the stay at Mona, The Pavilions Arthur was a delightful place with great views and comfortable beds and lounge, more cushions for smaller people would be great for the lounge, the staff where amazing.

My stay at ROY was absolutely unforgettable! The views from each floor was purely therapeutic! The breakfast each morning was beautifully made. Kudos to each and every one of the staff for being extra kind and going out of their way to make my stay extra comfortable. I must say, yhe heated bathroom floors was the biggest feature to highlight! Must add though, that the couch and armchairs in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and I kept experiencing unusual back pain after use. Overall a wonderful stay and I will be trying out the other units next time (in hopes that their couches are better!)

An amazing stay, beautiful location, friendly service, comfortable beds

When you pitch yourself as the highest level accomodation, it's a pretty difficult promise to keep, especially after you've been going for a few years. MONA Pavillions do not disappoint. Whilst you pay for the quality, you also get tickets to the attractions, various nice free products in the room, and the attention to quality and detail is second to none. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and assist with absolutely anything. After staying in 1000 hotels in 40 countries, I just can't fault the place.

The pavilion was great and comfortable. The grounds were great to explore when the museum closed.

Our night at Mona was memorable from the moment we made our booking. The staff at all level so treated us with lots of love and care. We ferried up from Hobart and the food, wine and fun began. Wandering the grounds was just amazing with no crowds in the evening and morning, and then the museum before the ferry back to Hobart was a great conclusion to an amazing night!! Loved it 👍💓
