Very spacious and clean. The only negative side was the lighting, especially in the toilet. No suitable lighting for make up. Highly recommend the restaurant for lunch and dinner, but not breakfast (below standard). From the map, not too close to city center. But the city offers free shuttle and ferry to city center. There are buses also.

It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.
