We told the host we would arrive after 6pm  in Nov and she was there greeting us as soon as we arrived. We liked the kitchen which got all the cooking wares but not sure if there is cooking oil or seasonings. The electric stove was slow to turn on. The host has provided the eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee and juice as well as bread in two sandwich boxes so we could prepare our breakfast. Everywhere in the house, kitchen and bathroom are clean. Laundry is free with washing powder.  We stayed in The Willows Cottage and it was close to the river at the backyard. We did not try the free wifi as we needed to go near to the Main House. The Cottage outside was dark at night. It is better arriving the cottage before night falls.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere on the edge of the Derwent River.

A beautiful setting on the edge of River Derwent. Well maintained grounds, the perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

The property was self contained, decor was a little dated but clean comfortable and well maintained. In a beautiful spot, the Derwent river is just at the end of the garden. Friendly hosts.

Loved the setting, right on the river. Very quiet and peaceful (except for the jetski). Only negative would be the lack of washing facilities. Next visit to Tas, will definitely stay again.

子連れで利用しました。広くて綺麗で川の目の前という素晴らしいロケーションでゆったり過ごすには最高でした。プールが使用できずその点が残念です。料理も十分できるキッチン、冷蔵庫があり洗濯もできて便利でした。

We had a very nice stay, beautiful area on the river, would be happy to stay again in the future.

The Ammenities were super. The only one thing that it needed for Winter was electric blankets

Such a beautiful location. We felt so welcomed on our arrival. Wishing we could have stayed more than the one night, so we will definitely be staying again in the future. Fantastic place to recharge the batteries. So quiet considering it is just off a busy street.

We arrived late at night but still greeted with a warm welcome the apartment was absolutely beautiful and so well appointed !! It was only when we woke up the next morning to find it was set in the most beautiful river side setting with beautiful gardens and a little over water private boat ramp!! Next time we will book for 4 nights and bring our fishing rods
