Room was clean, had everything we needed in the room. Sea view and close to everything. Staff were friendly and always smiling

Across the road from the beach,walkable to shops,cafes and restaurants. Clean and modern apartment would highly recommend a stay here

The waves apartment was a wonderful place to choose from, it is just located off the beach 10 mins away from the penguin parade, so u can get home in mins from your penguin trip. The reception was very helpful, they allowed us to check in after 10pm as we got there late to the penguin parade in the afternoon due to traffic. Reception sent us a message that they will open until 10pm (from 8pm) for us to check in which we did not expect such great service, even though we got there 20mins after 10pm they just mentioned to us to arrive at the reception and someone will be there waiting for us. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The utensils were kept clean and ready to be used for the next set of customers. The bed was very comfy, moderately hard which allowed us a good night sleep. Just a small downside was the air-conditioning was located right above our head, so it was a bit cool for my partner to sleep through but it was fine by me. A tick for staying at this apartment is that you have a bar just 5 metres away, Coles and Woolworths (supermarkets) about 5-7mins by foot, so u can grab some fresh groceries to cook in your apartment or make your own breakfast.
