Perfect location to take advantage of nearby restaurants and coffee houses which were on our go to list. Tram mere steps away. Whisper quiet room a plus.

Great location, Great room. Only letdown was when we ordered some afternoon tea, we got the drinks but the food was forgotten

This hotel has a very high end feel about it. Attentive staff and door attendants. Our room was nice and quiet and it was serviced daily by the time we returned to our room. A note though - the minibar fridge was small in our room and full of hotel products for sale. We needed to empty the minibar partially to find room in the fridge for our drinks.

Great hotel in a fab location. Breakfast was yummy and so may options. Loved our short stay in the city.

Wonderful service and perfect location. However the rooms were quite dated

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the traffic! Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Staff were extremely professional, friendly and superior service.

Loved the Concierge and most of thepublic facing staff. Duty Manager was great, as is the ‘senior’ Concierge. Pool area is brilliant as it is disability accessible.

Fabulous property close to dining and entertainment

Hotel staff were wonderful and everything was done for us, from the valet parking to delivering and collecting our luggage at checkout. They welcomed us as VIP’s. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. The doors are hands-free and the bathroom was massive. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the Melbourne CBD but entry/exit to the motel was easy despite it. Loved our stay and definitely somewhere we will stay again.

The property’s location is excellent. The hotel just needs some renovation, there is no outlet on the bedside tables, no clock either. Little things but would be nicer to have them. Staff is excellent. Very very helpful. I would recommend this property however there is construction right next to the building.

All the staff were polite, courteous and helpful and extra mention to Roberto from the Concierge who was always smiling and courteous. Great hotel and great amenities.
