I just wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay at The Westin. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience — the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service throughout the stay was excellent.
In particular, I’d like to compliment your team for their professionalism and warmth. Every staff member I interacted with went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and valued, which really stood out. The attention to detail in both cleanliness and presentation made the stay feel truly premium.

The perfect surprise night away before the Melbourne Marathon. Caroline and the team at Check-in made my teen sons feel really welcome and genuinely interested and excited for them to be racing. The room was perfect, the pool amazing and the level of care and attention to detail exceptional. Thank you very much for helping to create unforgettable memories.

The most happy thing and experience is Westin they have cross over with new balance ,
They rent the running shoes , I have good experience to do jogging in mel royal park ~
But have something is disappoint , as I did request for any city view bedroom , so I cannot enjoy a good view of city , also the bath room , it’s good , but I don’t know why the flash button is covered by the toliet cover , Also the shower handle , need to use lot of power to open and get the shower !
