Both the breakfast selection and quality were excelent.

Had a lovely 4 night stay. The room has everything you would need including beach towels and a clothes drying rack. Breakfast is included and was wonderful, with generous portions of everything. There is a bus stop nearby with access to other parts of the island and walking tracks. It is a short walk to Horseshoe Bay where there are numerous eating options and a beautiful swimming beach.

Cooked breakfast every morning was yummy. Deb the host very accommadating, polite and helpful. Very quiet and relaxed place to stay. Highly recommend

Great location and an excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by our host Deb. It was a great way to start a big day of walking, swimming and snorkelling on beautiful Magnetic Is.

I am from Nashville Tennessee USA and visited my partner who lives in Townsville QLD over the winter holidays. We stayed at True North for a couple of nights during my visit. Everything was perfect! The breakfast served in the mornings was delicious with ample portions to hold us over till dinner time. The room fridge was stocked with coffee, milk and sugar with a water pitcher as well. The room also was equipped with anything else we needed during our stay in the way of cups, cutlery, kettle, and toaster. The property itself was gorgeous and felt very private amongst other holiday stays in the area. It was also very walkable to Horseshoe Bay with multiple bus stops close by if not feeling up for a walk. We had a great time and definitely plan to come back on our next visit to the island 🏝️

Lovely B&B with a delicious breakfast served in the morning with a great choice of options. You can tell Deb loves to cook as presentation is beautiful. Delicious fruit bowl, yogurt and eggs, bacon and toast. Walkable to beach. Convenient to bus stop.

Super morgenmad og sød vært. B&B siger det hele god seng og god morgenmad man kunne vælge mellem 5 forskellige varme retter og to slags juice. Men man skal ikke være for sart med insekter, da det er i et hus med meget frodig have. Bussen er nem at benytte, men brug bus plan da den ikke kører så tit. Benyttede ikke poolen, da den ikke så så indbydende ud.

Room was large, nice to have a toilet separate to the shower room, verandah on room was a bonus. Excellent choice of breakfast & fruit variety amazing. Would highly recommend for what it is. Friendly & accommodating staff.

Great place to stay in Horseshoe Bay, Magnetic Island.

Loved our stay at True North B&B. Deb is an excellent host - very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Her breakfasts are next level! The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. It is a nice quiet spot and the pool is so refreshing. If staying on Magnetic Island Horseshoe Bay is the place to stay - beautiful beach, a number of great restaurants, access to walking tracks, a good bus service (we had our own car but the bus was quite regular). If we return to Magnetic Island we would definitely come back here. Thanks Deb for making our Magnetic Island trip so memorable.

Wonderful rooms and addiional facilities( shaded pool, bbq area). Short walk to restaurants. Bars and beach at gorgeous horseshoe bay. Bus connecting horeshoe bay to ferry terminal runs past the front of the building. Short bus ride to the start of the famous forts walk. Almost guaranteed to see Koalas in the wild on this stunning walk

Lovely rooms, wonderful hosts, sumptuous breakfast and good location. I will return.
