Very small, bed small on AC, cacharoch every day...

I like the outside area and the antique building. I hope you can make a small pantry or more sitting area for guest to have chat.

Hotel reception is really helpful good service very kind We arrived very late in midnight they did good arrangement notifying message of late arrival. Room is small and compact but okay for us.

位置方便,近City Hall,去Myer都很近。房間應有的有,但有兩樣設施一定要改善｡水㷛生銹，冷氣機很多塵,像多年没有清潔｡boiler is rusty,ac is full of dust,must improve

房間是小了一點,有點半自助式旅館,夜間似乎無人服務,很適合商旅住宿,又有無線網路服務,可減少網路浪費,訂房登記方便,服務人員亦會介紹附近景點及澳洲特產等資訊,

Convenient location, reasonably priced.

This hotel was totally horrible. Their rooms were soooooo small. The toilets are smelly. The price was not reasonable. I had been travelled in Aus for the whole month and never stayed in a hotel like that. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The display photos are totally fraud. Totally not recommend, you can pay the same price but stay in a better hotel. Personally don't even think that is a "hotel room".

位置絕佳，離車站, 景點都佷近， 就是房間實在太小了， 我帶了29吋行李箱沒有地方打開， 我是一人入住double room，若要住2個人又都帶大行李是沒辦法的。

酒店附近太不安全，有很多吸毒的人。房间清洁度也很差

1. Room size too small. As i booked a standard twin room that my friend and I cannot open our luggage. 2. As I cannot use my key card to open my room at non-office hour, i used to call a long-distance call to find a staff to open door. 3. The staff used a chair to press my shoes.

Very uncomfortable bed and the shower barely gave out any water

Paid for a Queen bed - got 2 single beds lazily kept together with a sheet & so a crap night's sleep was had. No teaspoons or stirrers in the coffee rack in room. 
Overpriced for their shoebox sized rooms & service.

Location is great but there were lots of issues with the room. Not clean, carpet stained and hadn't been vacuumed. Mildew in shower, taps broken and the cold water was actually the hot water so dangerous too. Frig was rusty and cupboards broken, hole in the wall. At least the bed was good.

The property has not been maintained to an acceptable standard. The condition is unsatisfactory.

Small fee, helpful stalf. Not dirty, but unkept.

the staff was very unhelpful. with no working lift I had to drag my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. door in minute bathroom didn't close. the linen was clean and air-conditioner worked well

Lift out of order, stairs to the 3rd floor had no hand rails, window wouldn't open, bed uncomfortable,
