The staffs are very nice and helpful, even the cleaners too. Only the furnitures a bit old, but clean, neatly and tidy.

My room no. 43 outside and inside I can find ants. Leaves can be found inside the swimming pool, not suitable for swimming.

The room they offered is not an apartment style, it is more likely a kind of hotel room with 2 king's bed inside but it is clean with free carpark available, and also only the destination is a bit far away from Sydney's Central.

Parking was excellent. Very close to the room. But I asked for an accessible room as I have a mobility walker. There was a high step up into the room so I had to lift my walker up, hold myself on the wall and lift myself up into the room. We were welcomed nicely. The first night I went to plug in my travel mini-cpap machine. It has a transformer to plug in. Unfortunately the transformer was vertical and the electricity socket was too close to the floor, so I could not plug it in. This was at 5:30pm. I called reception to ask for an extension cord. The man on duty told me that other people have plugged in their sleep apnea machines. I explained that my machine was the travel mini and theirs were the bigger one for home. I again asked if I could borrow an extension cord. He said there were none at reception and he will have to ask housekeeping. Two hours later at 7:30pm I called him to see what the delay was as he had not replied. He said that housekeeping did not have any extension cords. Unfortunately both my husband and I did not sleep that night. While I was waiting for my husband, I ordered a click and collect from Bunnings to buy an extension cord. After that, I decide to call reception at the hotel to see what they would say about an electrical extension cord. The receptionist said immediately that they had a few different types at reception and when I returned to the hotel to come and choose which one I needed. The night reception man was very unprofessional.

Parking was easy and plenty of parking.

We had no problems. Check in was fine. Parking is interesting - just find a spot wherever you can and it’s nowhere near your room. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Don’t book here if you can’t manage stairs - there’s no lift.

Good position, very quiet and great having a balcony

Clean room. Helpful reception desk team. However, not sure of the knocking of wood noise in the back of the hotel room on the last night of stay that kept me awake till past midnight. 😇

The staff were helpful. The beds were comfortable and I slept well until we were woken up by noisy people in the next room at around 1am. The pool could have been cleaner and vacuuming could have been more thorough but it was a comfortable enough stay.

This is an excellent motel with public transport to anywhere in Sydney. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is great. Best of all the on-site parking is free!

It is a busy traffic location

Hidden gem and great value for money. Will definitely be in my go to list for Sydney accomodation north side.

The room was clean. The staff where very helpfull and my 2 teenage sons and myself had a lot of fun in the pool. Only fault is its a little out dateted.

Nice hotel. Clean comfortable modern room at reasonable price. Enough parking available on hotel property.
