Great place to stay close to busy Brunswick Street yet also very close to the city with easy access to public transport.
Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Highly recommend Tyrian Serviced Apartments if you want to stay in Melbourne and experience more than just the CBD.

Located in the Melbourne fringe. Cannot enjoy the free tram. Need to walk 30mins to the town. There is a night bar near the service apartments and many drunkard at night.
The equipment condition is not that good. The clothes dryer was out of order. We need to goto another room for clothes drying.

We liked the spacious 1 bedroom apartment. My husband was able to be in the living room watching TV while I was in the bedroom reading. It was very central for our purposes, ie a tram ride from the city, but also walkable. Good eating all around the area and a supermarket right next door.

Staff at the desk were welcoming and very helpful,always had a smile.The apartment was spacious,well appointed and quiet.Fitzroy as an area was funky and fun.Also very convenient.Thats why I always stay there when in Melbourne

I was a little disappointed with the so called balcony! It wasnt a balcony but a small outside space surrounded by building. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

We were a family of 4 adults. Unit was a good size although a bit more couch seating options would have been great.
Excellent location and free parking was definitely a win.
There were larger 2 bedroom units which I wasn’t really aware of so would ask for one of those next time….especially with all adults.
Overall, an excellent place to stay!
