once we opened our room door, both of us were like "OMG it's the best hotel we stayed among 3 in Australia!" the building and hotel room are like new with stylish interior design and fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine and dryer amazed us, as they were very very clean, we checked the filter it was completely nothing (we had bad experience in London's apartment before, the washing machine could be very scary)!
great staff and location, 3 mins to coles and there are 2 liquor shops nearby / around 20 mins walk to fish market & Darling Harbour.
one thing to recommend, it would be terrific to have scissor in the kitchen~

Non stick fried pen scratched not good for health, should change other quality in long run. Cooking by gas for me a bit worry about safety. Tea bag didn’t refill by house keeping.
Btw, staff tried hard to tackle the pen. Fridge is good quality. Staff responded quickly and friendly. Room is big enough space and good furniture.bed is big.

最嚴重的問題是房間裡的厠所為傷殘厠所，淋浴位置無門無浴簾，厠所沒有厠所板，房間裡提供的盒裝紙巾只有2張.......訂房時以及取房前再三確認可以有相連房間，取房時卻未能提供，唯一可取是房間大，酒店附近有商場超市。

The room is of good size with many amentities, having a washing machine is definitely a big plus to the hotel! The only flaw that I found is that there were little flying insects in the toilet which was a bit gross. But other than that, it is a great stay and we enjoyed it.
