The overall experience in the hotel was nice. Despite that there was some issues with the door keys, the reception dealt it fast and efficient.

We didn’t get stay as all our flights were cancelled and I informed the hotel with emails but received no reply! I think they could have at least acknowledged them and not ignored me.

Great experience on a forced layover in Canberra due to flight rerouting. Staff were great. Food was good at the restaurant and rooms were big and comfortable. There’s even a service station next door to purchase essentials if needed.

A água não tem tem um bom escoamento no box do chuveiro alagando e saindo pra fora, tendo que interromper o banho a todo momento e o blackout da cortina não funcionada entra muita claridade por cima.

Excellent airport hotel

Convenient location. Three concerns. Firstly we arrived around 9.30 pm and checked in. No initial concerns but in our room we were thirsty and found 2 bottles of water. Were they free or pay? No notices informing but a bar code more info re room. Scanned it but general website info. Tried ring reception twice, no response. Upon checkout we learned $6 each! Secondly the room bedhead fabric was worn out in patches looking very daggy and just not welcoming. Finally breakfast. Nothing was said at check-in at all. We learned you are charged more for breakfast if you don’t book night before. That option may have been nice to mention.

Room very clean nice and quiet

My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained. I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff. I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work in the past and always appreciative, that is why I strip beds, fold dirty towels and empty rubbish bins. I hope to be given the same respect and I'll visit again surely:)

Something else. The room was filthy, the coffee cups unwashed, the room never vacuumed, never dusted. Balcony windows absolutely black, mirrors full of mark as though has never been cleaned. When I went to reception to complain, I was told that Housekeeping only concentrates on changing beds and cleaning bathrooms. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned while I was supervising.

Staff were welcoming. Room is immaculate. Location is fantastic.

In a 4 night stay, they attend to the room once. Room service is non-existent, the beds are hard, there is no bin in the bathroom, the room has dust almost everywhere, the staff were not very welcoming. I would not recommend staying here. There are also very limited food options at the restaurant and it closes early.

Rooms a bit tired, bathroom has mould, basic amenities. Breakfast okay, common areas are nice
