Nice breakfast package and rooftop bar. Professional service and decent accommodation, should be amazing with river view. We were offered with drinks during waiting time of our room. Spacious and minimal room which is eco-friendly. Appreciate if extra chair and mirror are there. All in all, we have a comfort stay here and it’s definitely an accessible location to many places!

WiFi慢到不能接受。房間電視畫面有問題不能正常收看。每天過了2pm後就不能打掃房間。在1:50pm要求打掃房間時，職員竟回答「I will try」感受不到有想幫忙的熱誠。多次致電Reception也沒有人接聽。I will not recommend this place。

Good layout and spacious. Very convenient location

The location is good, room is nice. Breakfast is very good. Swimming pool is very small, not as attractive as the photo shown. Overall experience of this hotel is good. One disappointed thing was we stayed for 5 nights and only ask for housekeeping once on the 3rd day. The housekeeper didn’t do a proper job! Only cleared the trash bin and didn’t clean the bathroom at all. The worst was haven’t replenish the toilet paper even we only had half roll left for the next 2 days, unacceptable!

Yarra rever view is too beautiful, closer to public transport and their breakfast is too good with many options with lots of variety food. Excellent place overall with gym and very quite ndoor pool.

The location was amazing! Trams just outside and only a short walk to flinders station if trains needed. Short walk to crown and also into the cbd too. The room was great! Big bed and plenty of space to move around! Bathroom really nice too.

Le séjour s'est bien passé en règle générale. La literie est confortable. l'établissement est propre. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Ce que je reproche et j'attire l'attention des voyageurs sur deux points: - Quand on arrive d'Europe, l'avion atterrit très tôt, vers 5h30. on est donc à l'hôtel vers 8h. Si on veut prendre une chambre pour se poser après 28 heures de voyage, la réception propose une chambre à partir de 10H, le temps de faire le ménage dans les chambres. ce qui est normal. Sauf qu'ils facture 150 dollars australiens. J'ai travaillé dans des hôtels dans le passé et je n'ai pas vu cela. surtout que j'allais rester 9 nuits au total. l'autre point: Je devais passer 4 nuits à l'hôtel, ensuite partir 4 nuits dans une autre ville pour revenir et rester 5 nuits pour le reste de mon séjour. j'ai demandé de garder une valise pendant ces 4 jours d'absence. Ils m'ont facturé 100 dollars (25 dollars par jour pour garder une valise!!!). Ce n'est pas professionnel ni commercial. Je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel à cause des pratiques commerciales. Je retourne à Melbourne en Octobre pour 10 nuits. Je vais réserver ailleurs.
