Overall is good, front desk staff are helpful, location is excellent, the facilities are clean and room is spacious. Only a few disappointments like when my stay nearly come to an end ( something like the 9th night out of 12 nights stay)and the body wash went out... the housekeeping staff seemed just put water into the bottle. Sometimes housing keeping staff didn't clean up my room, once I left the room in noon and came back at 11pm, and the room is untouched. However, it's still a nice place to stay and I am willing to visit this hotel again.

Excellent hotel in the Subiaco district. Clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly and competent staff. Exceptional breakfast with a panoramic view of the city.

Good for business or leisure

It’s not clean like at shout be. The cleaners are not doing their job properly. First day they didn’t even come and clean my room even we put the sign up. They not changing your bed cover they just make it.( that is Not okay) Not go back.

Beautifully clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to St John of God hospital and shops.

Spacious rooms with good amenities around the area. Our road trip hit a snag when a broken honey jar was found in our backpack upon return, despite specifically asking reception to handle it carefully. While the waterproof bag prevented a leak, we had to request its disposal the next day. We were disappointed not to receive an apology or explanation for the incident. Nonetheless, overall experience with the hotel was good!

Staff on the front desk are super helpful, great team. Bar on the 9th floor lovely with great staff and great sunset views. Food very good too.

Nice clean place, good pool on the roof. Close to bars and cafes.

Very much enjoy staying here - have stayed before. Love the location and top floor - pool, bar and restaurant.

What a great location. Very handy for a shopping weekend or for a show. Only a short walk to the train station for easy access to the city too. The hotel is clean, good facilities and welcoming.

Great location for exploring Perth

Close to train station, cafes and restaurants. Nice bar/restaurant on top floor. Only odd thing is that it isn’t open on a Sunday night. Also, Subiaco on a weekend is not open early so if you are after an early coffee or breakfast go upstairs. Also cannot charge the room although they take a deposit off your credit card. Nothing in the bar fridge either. You have to get room service. Found that weird. Gym was great.

Very helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay.
