Value for money. Room is large and clean. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.

A well proportioned room, suitably equipped and cleanly maintained. The hotel is in a very good location for transport links to various parts of the city and suburbs. Staff are exceptionally helpful.

While the hotel itself was nice, we were extremely disappointed with the fact the pool was closed for maintenance I booked this stay a few days ahead of time knowing the weather was going to be 30 degrees plus on the days we were there, and selected this property specifically for the pool. No mention at hotel check in with staff or on any advisories that this was the case. My kids and I got dressed to use the pool and went downstairs to reception to ask what floor it was on, only to be laughed at by the male staff member and told to try again in a couple of weeks. This was so sad for my kids and unacceptable behaviour from the staff.

The ac are fan only & are set at 18.5c min which on the hot days, u like in the oven. The hallways are cooler than our room. We set the fan on high but after few minutes, it will go to auto & the room becomes hot again. We cannot have proper sleep bcs it was too hot. The room is dusty too.

Originally wrote a good review, but after looking over the statement I realized that I was overcharged for early checkin and was charged for taking from the minibar, which I did not. Because of this dishonesty I’m downgrading my review.

Hotel need to have a renovation, floor lobby is old and dirty. Itvis 3 star hotel, not 4 start hotel. Front office staffs are not prpfessiinal manner to serve the guest.

The bed was awful , two singles zipped up the middle with no mattress topper on it , the zip kept coming un done and hubby fell through twice , this is the first time he hassle ever suffered from a bad back.. the pool was closed the spa was closed the gym only 2 machines , the toilets don’t used them up there , fair warning .. there was no view we faced a wall .. there was no blanket in the wardrobe and it was cold ..

L’hotel est plutôt classe. Personnel efficace et j’ai eu la chance d’etre le seul client pour dîner un soir, la serveuse a été tres agréable et efficace. La chambre etait bien et la literie également. Jolie vue effectivement.
