The room was nice but the common areas were very plain

@nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as good as the 1st time, very convenient place to stay by Howard Smith Wharves, has a great roof top bar and restaurant and the rooms are very comfortable at an affordable rate

This place is just ok. Probs will not stay again. It’s fine but when you don’t have a night away with the wife that often you want it to be great. There was (what he hope was 😅) some yoghurt or cream of some sort on the luggage area when we first entered. Defs not what you wanna see when you walk in to your room. Parking was weird because they had “car park full” signs up, so we parked somewhere else. The. The concierge told us it wasn’t really they just put that up to make other locals not park there - but how are hotel patrons to know this? Just a bit weird. Maybe a “hotel patrons only” sign might be a little more considerate? Great gym for a cbd hotel. Everything else was, just fine.

Good costumer service, good food and clean room

It's a nice hotel, modern and well located, but don't expect the level of service typically associated with a five star hotel. It's five stars in terms of facilities, but not in terms of service. Unlikely to stay here again.

Lovely hotel with great staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant was really nice and had a great vibe. The room was super stylish with a great mini bar. Perfect location for good bars and restaurants. I'd definitely stay there again

Cross this off the list. Over rated. Over priced. Small room. Unclean room. Bad pillow. Light system that needs an IQ. Glass door on the bathroom; intimacy with your partner to a new level. Other stays in the area preferred.

Clean and tidy throughout our stay

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel X Fortitude Valley. We arrived at 11:30am and were allowed to have an early check-in which was very convenient for us. Top customer service during check in and check out. Great location with many bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Great location and nice hotel design. Wish I had a sunnier day to enjoy the rooftop pool!

The staff were amazing - Yasmine & Mira and everyone at the front desk. The breakfast and food at the restaurant and the staff there were amazing also. The hotel is very well crypt and modern and the rooms are pretty modern and fancy too.
