well situated for getting around

Very helpful staff

Staff are friendly and always ready to provide assistance. Was given privilege of free continental breakfast buffet due to being a silver member of Hotel.com, and the spread was adequate for me. The motel has limited parking lots, but there were free ample parking lots just another gate away. Used the BBQ pit for a dinner, where the utensils were provided by the motel.

We were quite happy with our room here, which had everything we were looking for: comfortable chairs, a desk, a fridge, etc. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Location would typically have been great for us, in walking distance to lots of restaurants, but I found Darwin's humidity and heat to be extreme and so we couldn't walk as far as we normally do without feeling like we were going to pass out. One suggestion: when you offer room cleaning only every two days, put bigger wastebaskets in the rooms.

Property location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room condition and size was pretty poor for the price we paid. Aircon was very noisy keeping us awake at night. No extraction fan in the bathroom either. They had free breakfast but it’s just toast and cereal. Overall the stay wasn’t uncomfortable, but definitely feel like we overpaid for what we got.

Parking was limited but we found nearby options when it was full. Good value for money. Staff were goid , helpful and friendly

The room is a great size to spend 5 days. Bed is very comfortable. Lack of parking is a problem. Bathroom a tad small and those terrible shower curtains.

The room was lovely and clean with room service (clean) done every 2 days and new towels. Aircon and Netflix Kettle and teabags restocked Continental breakfast included Lovely helpful staff Highly recommend 😃

Good location, good price, comfortable too

Lovely quiet, clean hotel. The staff were very nice and very helpful nothing was a bother. We had a continental breakfast included it was good. Included was an instant coffee if you wanted a coffee machine coffee you had to pay for it. I thought they could have offered it as part of the breakfast. Also they have a lovely big outdoor area that is under utilised, they do not have a liquor licence. It would have been nice to sit out with a wine or beer in the late afternoon or evening. I am prone to midges and got savaged on the deck!

Was nice room. Staff were excellent.

Nice area, close to town

Our King Studio room was excellent. The bathroom and modern open shower was great. Spacious with a balcony to sit opposite parkland. The room was quiet, bed perfect and the pool and surrounds were great. We are a couple so appreciated that it’s not really a family place. The continental breakfast includdd was adequate but but a bit boring everyday. Very good value for money here
