The staff were great. Jo on the front desk was super helpful and Trevor gave us plenty of recommendations in the area which made our 2 days so enjoyable! Bed was comfy, room was lovely and the river view was stunning

酒店比較環保，一次性拖鞋，牙膏，牙刷都無提供，水只係俾咗一大支，唔會refill。水壓好夠，熱水夠熱，但企缸只有一面玻璃門，沖涼時水會流出去馬桶附近。另外酒店早餐都唔錯，自助形式，英式all day breakfast為主，選擇不是太多，但味道不錯。

I messaged the hotel to say that my son will arrive first for the first night and that they should get in touch if it was a problem. No response - but then they made my son pay to check in. He got woken up in the middle of the night because the electricity was malfunctioning and then they put everyone into a different hotel. Guess what. Not recommended at all.

Right on the Brisbane River, our room had a beautiful view. It’s an easy walk from Roma Street Station and into the inner city and Queen Street Mall for shopping and dining. It’s also an easy walk over to Southbank. The staff were great and accommodated us for an early check in so we could get to a wedding on time, which was the reason for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
