In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow

Good sized room, great view of the harbour. We were only there for 1 night so didn’t see much of the hotel but great location for Darling Harbour and Sydney ICC.

Wonderful family celebration with a wonderful view

施設は新しくてデザインの斬新性は好みの分かれるところだがMariottグループのホテルだけにスタッフは親切でトレーニングされていて問題なかったが、何せ車のアクセスがわかりにくくて困難。駐車場が無いのは仕方ないとしても、ドロップオフするのもかなりトリッキー。近くの駐車場は一晩停めたら76ドルだった。CBDなので平日の方が高い。fastParkngは事前に登録しておくと少し割引があるし出入りもスムーズです。Sydneyに泊まっているという特別感はあまり無いし高速道路に囲まれていて金額の割に満足度は低かった。あとお湯の出が悪くコントロールしずらいのも減点。

Stayed at the W for two nights in a standard room with a darling harbour view. Room was nice and clean with a funky styling and modern tech. Bath was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast included and was very good. Visited the 29/30 rooftop bar for a drink one evening. Nice area but mostly the favoured the city where we sat. Convenient location for darling harbour and public transport a short walk away. Would recommend and stay there again.

An incredible, Luxury hotel with an elegant atmosphere. Personal highly qualified and with a privilege ubication.

Valet is the biggest issue this hotel has. Way over priced

The merchant fee of $33 is ludicrous considering how there was no other option but to pay via card. Being turned away from the hotel bar, that was full of people when all I requested was a beer because it was closing time. The $36 burger plus the $6 room service fee, was the tiniest, most disappointing burger I've consumed being not much more than the size of a child's burger at room temperature. Being told by staff that level 30 was not open yet, but that its invite only so I wouldn't be able to go even if it was. With a price point of nearly $600 per night for a lead in room, I must say I did expect better.

Very upbeat vibe, very modern, professional friendly staff, great location.

Good location ,walk distance to Chinatown. Suit for family.

Everything was great, it was quite loud from activities below so the sound proofing needs improvement.

We’ve stayed at W Sydney a few times now and enjoyed it everytime. As a family staycation, we enjoy the large round bath, the pool with the cabanas and pool side food service and the amazing morning breakfast buffet options.

Lovely hotel located conveniently in darling harbour with everything a short walk to. Room had lovely view of darling harbour. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Large variety of fresh breakfast options from pancakes cooked to order, noodles, eggs, yogurts, hot and cold options, fresh juices and coffee. And gelato to top it off! Pool desk it nice with the cabanas and views too.

Fantastic hotel and service. BTWN restaurant staff and chef is amazing.
