Without properly arranged accommodation, the arranged journey is wasted. Had to stay in a dark place and couldn't fix it. Dryer not working properly and old socks found inside

Staff very rude. Asked to break the Queensland health directed twice. Very disappointing that money more important then people’s health.

we received a call to say a glass door had been broken on the top level however we could still access the spa area. when we arrived there was no access, the way it was boarded prevented the door opening and the other door was locked and was a different key which we didn't have. It took a few days to finally get the access. the spa was the reason we booked it in the first place. The condition of the unit overall was run down with several damaged areas to walls,ceilings, doors,and the stairs had not been cleaned in a long time they were filthy. The curtains in the bedrooms had mould on them and some of them were off their hangers. Windows were filthy and all sliding doors were extremely hard to slide, some would struggle to open them. There were light globes out in several rooms. And the wi fi is woeful. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

What a disappointment..we booked the 3brm rooftop penthouse for 5 nights and were shocked at the state of the place considering the money we paid. Rooftop spa turned up so hot it was uncomfortable to get in. Unable to turn spa bubbles on or heat down. Downstairs outdoor lounge, filthy, ripped, and has several cigarette burns. Downstairs toilet seat broken, and underneath a huge amount of human faeces not cleaned from previous guests. Fan in downstairs bathroom broken. Handle on downstairs balcony broken, so unit not lockable. Television had to be retuned in everytime it was turned off. Light bulbs not working in several different rooms. Dishwasher had no cutlery rack, no CD/ music player, but its advertised as having one..2 rolls of toilet paper supplied for 5 nights...overall really disappointed..did contact We Accomodate a couple of times and have sent them an email on my return with all the faults/ broken items list and have not heard back from them. It looks fab in the photos byt it needs a lot of work and cleaning before being a 4star penthouse.
