Very clean and spacious place and very cozy. Peaceful and quiet. Close to shoppings and restaraunts. Iʻd love to come back often.

Everything was very good

Room was spotless, staff were very helpful, spoke to two receptionists and cafe staff, all were lovely. The hotel was fresh, modern and in good order. It's close to the tram and within a 5 minute walk of the CBD, Australia Fair, 5 minutes to Marine Parade, 5 minutes to a tram to take you to Surfers, the Broadwater etc. Minor niggles - the beds are a bit low, though they were quite soft and comfy. Could not get the safe to work, but that was probably just me being daft, if it was important enough to get it working I am confident reception staff would have helped me, but it was a one night stay so I wasn't that fussed. Curtains would be good as well as the blinds, if you find that light wakes you. It wasn't terrible but the room was certainly not pitch black. The room was quite minimalist, but clean and neat. It's a budget hotel, so not flash but it had everything necessary including a hairdryer and kettle. I was very happy with it. The cafe in the foyer is open 7-10am, the coffee was excellent, there was a vending machine and there's a convenience store and restaurants 2 minutes away just across the park in Southport Central.

Front desk person was efficient, polite and friendly. Room clean and tidy. Other Details: Clothes rack from wall was leaning down away from the wall, I was concerned to hang any clothes on it, so I kept them in my bag. AC unit blows over the Bed, personally I do not like that, it was just part of the design, so I turn the a/c off at night. Shower had very little pressure no fine spray more like a controlled lumpy drizzle. I wanted to do some laptop work, but there is no power point where the desk is located, no leads will stretch to where a power point was, so I dragged the desk with small safe to the centre of the bed base so that the longest charger cable for the laptop would reach, and I worked off the end of the bed. Otherwise good for a short stay.

Well priced & convenient position. Room was clean & comfy. Staff very helpful. Only niggle-it’s an extra $20 per night per car for the car park. It would be helpful when comparing prices if car park charges were shown as an extra cost, albeit optional.

Good accomodating Staff

No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again.

Place was clean but carpet was very stained needs replacing. Also musty smell

A nice little hotel, clean and adequate for our needs. They have a little cafe that serves breakfast in the morning. Close to the tram lines for easy transport around the Gold Coast.

Breakfast was simple but good, air conditioning was very good, everything else was okay, nothing special, nothing bad. For the price in the area it is a pretty good deal, but claiming to be a 4 star hotel is very dubious. No 24 hour reception, cafe only open 3 hours a day, no facilities like pool or otherwise, no room service, very small basic rooms. I knew that when booking so it was fine for me, but if you see the 4 Stars and go there expecting a normal 4 star hotel with all the facilities, you'll be very disappointed.
