A nice little hotel, clean and adequate for our needs. They have a little cafe that serves breakfast in the morning. Close to the tram lines for easy transport around the Gold Coast.

Well priced & convenient position. Room was clean & comfy. Staff very helpful. Only niggle-it’s an extra $20 per night per car for the car park. It would be helpful when comparing prices if car park charges were shown as an extra cost, albeit optional.

No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant.
Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again.

Breakfast was simple but good, air conditioning was very good, everything else was okay, nothing special, nothing bad. For the price in the area it is a pretty good deal, but claiming to be a 4 star hotel is very dubious. No 24 hour reception, cafe only open 3 hours a day, no facilities like pool or otherwise, no room service, very small basic rooms. I knew that when booking so it was fine for me, but if you see the 4 Stars and go there expecting a normal 4 star hotel with all the facilities, you'll be very disappointed.

Stayed here couple of times but this time, the room is very very small. And mattress is very worn that there’s an indentation in the middle. Little discomfort to sleep for whole week. As per usual shower room needs improvement and shower head water is not consistent.

Strange noise ( hot water system?) activated every 20 mins. through the night, keeping me awake despite wearing ear plugs. Apart from that, it was ok. A clean, basic hotel in quite a good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Bed was spacious and comfortable. TV was a bit small for the size of the room. Only one chair. No luggage table.
