It was not clean, one bathroom is shared by 3 bed rooms, front door couldn't close, the wall insulation was terrible, I can hear next door bed movement noise clearly. There were trash bags left near the stair to 2nd floor. Some lights in the room were not working. The room is very small. There is no desk in the room. The back yard had very tall grasses. The property was not maintained well. It should not be served as a hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

This place is SKETCHY

This is quite a well equipped homestay. Its true that it has room for improvements, however, the owners are so lovely and helpful. I recommend the artists room. Very comfy bed and lovely outside bathroom. Lots of space for chilling out in the garden. Conveniently close to everything including the beach!

Not what was advertised, unfriendly service. About $100 to much for what was falsely advertised. Beds were uncomfortable, facilities not what was expected. No where near the beach. Parking is a major issue. No one there when arrived and when owner turned up would not refund. Absolute con job, considering going to fair trading.

We had to find somewhere at the last minute and they had available rooms. It was clean and tidy and well maintained.

Not a safe place for my father and i to stay in. Did not stay there, ended upat another accommodation.

Not what I expected. It's a hostel. Too close to other guests. Not my idea of a beach side accommodation. Bathrooms nice and clean.

$195 for a bedroom only, Over priced by $125. No remote for the tv. Not near the water.

We didnt stay the night. Had a afternoon nap the mattress and pillow were like concrete. $188 wasted.

U cant fond the place then no one was there. There was building pallets in the drive way overflowing rubbish bins that stink. Wotif should not have this place on its site unless wotifs standards have dropped so much. Couldnt find anyone so had to book another place more costs. Dont be fooled by the Seaside name its not the place is a complete opposite to what they advertise. What a disgrace.

I arrived at check in time and no one was there with no contact number I couldn’t get in so I had to organise another place to stay which at short notice cost me a lot more money

Not the best kept place I've stayed at. Empty bottles & cans strewn around bin, old, manky outdoor furniture. Shared toilet could be cleaner. Room a bit musty. Outdoor dining facilities aren't too bad. A bit overpriced for what's delivered.

Good price for a last minute stay. Walking distance to cbd. Comfortable bed

Music was a nice touch. Lock in the door was great.

False advertising. Was shown as a hotel but was a house. Not told that it was not refundable

The owner double booked the room, I had no room to stay, want full refund. DONT book this place, worse than 3rd world standard and horrible behaviour for owner Kelly

Nothing like the pictures, waited an hour and a half for the owner to show up and check me in. 3 other people were waiting with me and we all ended up leaving and staying elsewhere and the owner didn’t seem to care, didn’t try to change our minds and wouldn’t offer a refund. Disgusting.
