Great motel to rest and break up a long trip

Loved this property, located in a cenral position to town, walkable. Pool was lovely after a big drive and we loved that we had access to the anytime fitness gym as part of our accommodation. We did not use the restaurant unfortunately, but the outside dining looked lovely. Staff were so lovely, very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

It was just a little tired. Whilst conveniently located for a stop over on a long journey the traffic noise didn’t make for a great nights rest. Arrangements for out of hours check in and departure were very good though.

Property was dated but the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy with decent parking and close to highway. They offered great restaurant recommendations upon checkin that were within walking distance from the room.

This hotel is ideal if needing somewhere to crash overnight whilst travelling the Pacific Highway. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Parking on site was free and easy to get a spot. The rooms are basic and could do with a refresh. Some of the furniture was scruffy and in places unclean. The fridge was also not clean. Saying that, the bed was comfy and I slept well. Again, perfectly fine for an overnight stop on the road but wouldn’t stay here any longer.

The staff were friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. I walked to town and ate at a great Thai place. Great value for money. I'd definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff. Microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery provided. Nice hot shower and comfy beds. We'll be back!

Serrvice was excelleebt. We ufortunrstely wwwweere delayed due to a roosd sccident ahead of us. The service team were very accomodatinng and mmzde alternate arrangements for us to be sble to pick up the keys. The room was well appointed lovely decorr snd very clean. The bed was very comfrtablle.

We had a 2 night stay and the staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Bonus that the property is pet friendly so we were able to bring out dog with us. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in many places and never been treated as I was arriving to check in. I booked a king room. I waited 5-10 minutes at check in desk and asked what was the problem. The girl said cannot seem to find your booking and went and got another girl who seemed more experienced. She said we will just add you in as booking as not there as can take a while when booked through a third party. Was given a key and found my room was not a king room. I went back to reception and was told by the original girl who seemed fairly new that they didn’t have a king but they had not told me that at time of giving me the key. I said what can they do and the more experienced girl gave the other girl a room key to give me and I said so how did you suddenly find a king room and she said it was for someone that had not checked in yet. She said you have what you want in a agro way. I said why are you being so rude to me and so angry. She raced from around the back of the desk swearing saying she was sick of this and the more experienced girl ran after her and left me standing there! I told the experienced girl when she came back that the other girl was not suitable to be on the front desk welcoming people. I would never recommend this hotel. If I was the owner I would seriously be looking at the staff greeting people to their hotel. Some sort of uniform would look smarter and create a better impression.

We loved staying at Zebra motel. We escaped a cyclone and stayed here with our cat and dog. It was so comfortable for all of us and absolutely lovely people running it, who can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend especially if you are traveling with pets. This will always be our first choice when visiting Coffs Harbour.

I didn’t stay at the property as we had a problem on the day we were supposed to leave. Not the Hotels problem. The hotel staff was helpful. I had to fill in the review so Expedia would stop sending me a request to fill in the review.

The room had everything you needed, a tv with streaming services, a lounge, clean room, comfortable bed. It was a little noisy but I was so tired I didn’t have any issues falling asleep.

Sopped over night at Zebra motel. Had parking right in front. Had 2 rooms booked as was travelling with my elderly parents and they originally had us upstairs but as soon as the gorgeous lady at the front desk found out my parents can't climb upstairs she found us some rooms downstairs. Room was very nice, bathroom modern, aircon worked great and the actual bed was like sleeping on a cloud...it was amazing!!!! Will definitely return to this motel again as their customer service and the rooms were exceptional

Best part was leaving

Very good, staff very helpful and the room was great in all aspects. Close to the centre of town and very quiet room. I've stayed a number of tmes and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Coffs Harbour.
