The only thing sucks is the receptioner's attitude. The first impresson I walked in was awful. The receptioner treated me rudely. Refused to offer any help. Talking in a whispered way, I had no choice to beg his pardon. And he rolled his eyes then yelled at me.By the way, the young receptioner was willing to help.

間酒店舊是預咗的，但係冇諗過裏便啲毛巾都舊到就嚟爛，毛巾邊已經係爛，另外因為冇冷氣，想開個天窗，每15分鐘個天窗就自動關上。關上天窗又冇冷氣就好焗。

位於舊城區，自駕者飯店會說明合作的附近室內停車場停車，進入舊城區需有通行密碼才可將路障放下進入，可先停外圍停車場然後Check in,取得密碼及飯店給的停車卡將車先開進飯店前下行李再前往停車，使用飯店給的停車票卡插入入口票匣並取出，匣門即開啟。checkout 後取車時再度使用同一停票卡，為免費

Great option, amazing staff, hotel with personality

The hotel was very clean and central for the christmas market.... views of the fort from the roof window was fantastic. Unfortunately the breakfast room is very small for the amount of guests, one day were were sat outside in the corridor area as there was no room inside. The choice of breakfast is limited and this reduces as the times gets the morning goes on...says breakfast is served until 11am but in reality once the food gets low it is not replenished so choice gets more limited. Cant fault the hotel for comfort and cleanliness but dont rely on getting breakfast which is disappointing as is not a cheap extra payment

Too many teenagers in The lobby multiple times. Not enough plugs for charging devices. Towels were all frayed. Housekeeping was not thorough. Need stamp in lobby for heavy luggage.

Great staff, location and breakfasts

Great boutique hotel. Room 209 was a great large room and updated decor. Breakfast was good and Staff excellent. Quick walk to the Christmas Markets which was the purpose of our visit. Would visit again.

Very friendly staff. Warm room and a comfortable bed. Quaint and very Austrian feels without massive frills. We enjoyed it.

Very old vintage hotel with ceramic fireplace in the room. Very close to all the sights and activities in the Old City. Easy tram ride from the central train station.

Esse hotel não pode ser considerado um 4 estrelas. Achei-o sujo, desorganizado, o estacionamento é pago à parte e muito caro a diária. A recepção não é atenciosa. A única coisa que realmente gostamos foi da localização.

Small room but brilliant location, very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. We even had a cute little balcony! Loved staying in a historical building as it’s one of the oldest cinemas in the world! Highly recommend especially for the price! Great location to the Christmas markets and all the key fitted I. Salzburg.

The cleanliness was substandard. The room was dusty in places - was evident on the dark blue wall, tops of frames, the black cabinet, top of bed head to name a few. The bathroom had mould on the walls, badly swollen door, dirty floor tiles. The chair upholstery was stained, walls were generally scuffed and in need of painting, fittings were aged.

Equipe super acolhedora e atenciosa. Quarto e cama deliciosos. Hotel mega bem centralizado.

Tolles Hotel mit top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer. Beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte die Wurst- und Schinkenauswahl ein bisschen vielfältiger sein und qualitativ hochwertiger. Ansonsten nur zu empfehlen.
