Very good service

蜜月套房浴室使用不方便，被很薄，燈光較昏暗，部份電制插頭冇電，燈膽忽光忽暗，持續性房間有雜音，整體來說並不理想，但員工態度及服務很好。

早餐很不错位置很优秀 房间一般了偏小 前台接待服务生态度一般其他都不错 早餐的小姐姐们都很好。

Overall it's a very good place to stay. Great location, it's just in the old town center. We could walk to most of the important attractions. Public transportation and connection is good and convenient. Walking a couple of mins you can reach the bus/tram stop and take bus or tram to Königsee, Hallstatt and Redbull Hangar 7 or Salzburg airport. Breakfast is awesome. Hotel staffs are always nice and friendly. But we ran into the same situation as other travelers' experience, we stayed for 2 nights the shower gel was used up on the first day and no refill afterwards even we came to the desk to ask and remind them. You better check the shower gel first when you are in the room. Also the room price is somehow too high. With the price we expected to get a bigger or newer room. I'd suggest you to consider other hotels not located in the old town center if you also hope to stay with a fair price. Because the public transportation system is quite convenient in Salzburg city center, you can even walk.

Visited for December Christmas markets. Be aware there is another hotel with a very similar name (Wolf rather than Wolf-Dietrich) so don't go to the wrong one by accident like I did. Friendly staff, location convenient for airport bus 2, about 15 mins walk from train station, easy walk across the river to where the main markets and other sights are located. My room was clean but extremely hot, 25C according to the completely ineffectual air conditioner which did nothing to cool the room even set on Cool function, and there was always-on underfloor heating. The heat made it hard to sleep at night. The windows did open, but there are no locks on them. As my window was at ground level to an interior accessible courtyard, it felt very insecure as someone could have reached in the open window and opened the handle to swing the window fully open. Also the walls are somewhat thin, I had a lot of noise from people returning to their rooms late in the evening, and also three nights of someone tunelessly whistling for a few hours before bedtime. The water pressure to the toilet is weak. There is only a plug on one side of the bed for charging a phone. The kettle would not stay on unless I sat there and held the button down for at least 30 seconds or more until it started to heat up. A lot of small issues (apart from the heat) but added up to not really enjoying my stay here and definitely did not sleep well. I used the pool twice, nice amenity although not very warm.

Clean room, stuff are providing good service. Breakfast was good and the spa is good as well.

L'ascenseur pour monter aux chambres est la grandeur d'un garde-robe.....affreux quand on est 2...avec les valises...et si on est claustophobe ...c'est l'Enfer !!!...La chambre était bien et propre et a 10 minutes a pied des Marchés de Noel....

Room was hot and stuffy and couldn’t regulate the temperature.
