Very good service

蜜月套房浴室使用不方便，被很薄，燈光較昏暗，部份電制插頭冇電，燈膽忽光忽暗，持續性房間有雜音，整體來說並不理想，但員工態度及服務很好。

早餐很不错位置很优秀 房间一般了偏小 前台接待服务生态度一般其他都不错 早餐的小姐姐们都很好。

Overall it's a very good place to stay. Great location, it's just in the old town center. We could walk to most of the important attractions. Public transportation and connection is good and convenient. Walking a couple of mins you can reach the bus/tram stop and take bus or tram to Königsee, Hallstatt and Redbull Hangar 7 or Salzburg airport. Breakfast is awesome. Hotel staffs are always nice and friendly. But we ran into the same situation as other travelers' experience, we stayed for 2 nights the shower gel was used up on the first day and no refill afterwards even we came to the desk to ask and remind them. You better check the shower gel first when you are in the room. Also the room price is somehow too high. With the price we expected to get a bigger or newer room. I'd suggest you to consider other hotels not located in the old town center if you also hope to stay with a fair price. Because the public transportation system is quite convenient in Salzburg city center, you can even walk.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, very good location

It’s a very nice hotel ideally located to everything. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff very helpful.

My niece and I shared a most unusual two-level room at this hotel. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. I'll never forget it. The hotel also offered an e-bike for rent, and I took a wonderful ride around the lovely city of Salzburg.

Great higher end value hotel in a city with relatively limited options in the city center.

What a great hotel, we loved it. The spa was absolutely perfect - clean and well maintained.

High-grade 4 star hotel. Lots of personal touches that make it feel like a 5 star experience. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English language skills. Used Sauna and Steam Room. Both were clean and worked well. Lots of options at breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location - conveniently situated in the middle of Salzburg and withing easy walking to most attractions. The rooms are smallish, European size, but comfortable and neat. The front desk and concierge were very helpful. We drove, and found getting there can be a bit of a challenge given the road restrictions. We called the hotel and they were very helpful in guiding us. City parking garage nearby. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. All seemed ok except one, Tokyo Japanese Restaurant (check their Google reviews).

Nice area within walking distance to just about everything. Lobby and main areas of the hotel were clean and welcoming.

The room’s air conditioning/fan system did not work well making the room hot to sleep in. Otherwise decent location close to shopping and food.

They say Location! Location! Perfect. The Gentleman staff were so pleasant, courteous & helpful. The actual hotel was immaculately kept. Great facility! We were fortunate to spend our time in Salzburg during festival . Wonderful experience.
