Loved having the laundry available during our 9-day stay. Very clean and the office personnel were very welcoming.

The property was clean comfortable and had exactly what we needed.

Very large apartment in a very good location. The checkin process was quick and uncomplicated. However the furniture was very outdated and the kitchen needs to be updated with utensils and a microwave. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We liked the property, however they say it’s a non-smoking place but they have ashtrays on the balconies and all of our neighbors smoked! It was terrible bc we’d have to close our balcony door and it was hot. Also there is no a/c nor fans :(

Net en goede studio. Inrichting kan iets anders, bank tegen voeteneind van het bed, zodat je tv kan kijken. Jammer dat er bij de studio's geen lift is. Dit werd door de man van de receptie wel aangegeven, maar de lift komt niet bij de studio's. mag wat duidelijker gecommuniceerd worden.

The wifi did not work, the whole stay. They have two hotels and you have to check-in at one even if you are staying at the other. It offered to be able to do your laundry, that’s why I booked it. When you go to use the washing machine, there is a sign that says you need to get tokens back at the other hotel. Really annoying. Nothing more annoying than the wifi issues. If you work from home or from the road, stay away from this place.

I paid for the cleaning but no one came to clean and not even change the linen and towels for 8 days. There are some I do not recommend.

Durchaus zufrieden. Skikeller direkt in Appartement wäre gut!

Erittäin tilava huoneisto, 4 mh, 3kh, oh, keittiö ja erillinen ruokalutila. Mukavalla paikalla Kufstainin linnoituksen vieressä, lähellä keskustan ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Ainakin meidän huoneiston keittiöstä löytyivät hyvät ruoanlaittovälineet ja astiat. Söll kymmenen minuutin matkan päässä, Sheffau ja Ellmau muutaman minuutin kauempana. Mukava paikka laskettelulomalle.

Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können , für 4 Personen wenig Geschirr

Reinigungskosten sind bei der Buchung falsch angegeben worden. Sonst alles Bestens

The room was large and comfortable with a great view and it was on a quiet street. Unfortunately we had to pay an extra 30 % fee at check in for the taxes and cleaning fees so the price was much higher than advertised on VRBO.

Sehr bemühtes und nettes Personal, und das Apartment 30-33 im Aparthotel ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt. Amerikanischer Stil der spät 70er, früh 80er Jahre. War perfekt für 2 Familien mit 9 Personen, wobei einer von uns auf der Couch geschlafen hat. Die Schlüssel müssen woanders abgeholt werden, das wurde über Expedia leider nicht kommuniziert. Sonst war alles perfekt, optimal für 8 Personen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Blick auf die Festung, man ist zu Fuß in 10 min. im Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Stauraum. Das WC ist separat. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss ohne Balkon. Statt der beschriebenen zwei Doppelzimmer gab es ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig, die Anzahl der Besteckteile variierte zwischen 4 und 7, die Anzahl der Geschirrteile variierten zwischen 4 und 9. Auf Nachfrage im Hotel bekam ich die Aussage, es ist eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Vor Ort stellte sich dann heraus, dass es nur eine Kapselmaschine gab. Es gab keinen Besen. In der Spülmaschine fehlte Salz und Klarspüler.

Nice room with enough room and good location in kufstein. Unfortunately the glassware in the room was dirty when we arrived and there was no dishwasher brush (probably related). Upon requesting a brush we were promised that it would be delivered to the room but this was never carried out even after a 2nd request. Also no single cleaning of the room during a stay of 1 week even tough we used the "please clean the room sign".

Old fashioned, but relatively big rooms. Unfortunately the shower is quite unconfortable. Friendly staff at the main hotel reception.

In einem Ein Zimmer Apartment ist es für 3 Leute sehr klein. Kaum SitzMöglichkeiten. Jeweils nur 2 BalkonStühle und 2 Stühle für den Esstisch. Sehr gut, aber die Lage im Ort.
