Special thanks to Tatjana at reception who was very helpful, professional and friendly. She ensured our stay was enjoyable giving us lots of advice on how to best get around the area and use the public transport.

Basic hotel with limited breakfast. Building site next door. Staff polite but not friendly. No lounge or garden area. Ten minutes walk to transport though.

Great location. Easy acces to U-bahn and train station.

The hotel is minimalistic in style . A few living plants and cut flowers would help . The room was comfortable . The breakfast was good and plentiful . The transport connections by tram and U Bahn are a few mins walk away . Value for money and a good choice for future visits .

Ottimo soggiorno, personale gentile. Camere pulite. Hotel vicino alla metro che in poco porta in centro. Colazione buona e sufficiente ma non eccezionale. Comunque consigliatissimo!!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön. Im Bad fehlen leider Haken um die Handtücher auf zu hätten. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen

Hotel in posizione strategica, ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare la città, 10 minuti di metro dal centro. Hotel con camere tipiche di un business hotel, piccole ma confortevoli, colazione compresa ma da migliorare assolutamente sia nel dolce che nel salato inoltre non c'era neanche la possibilità di avere un caffè espresso o un cappuccino.

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe, haben somit einen Überblick über verschiedene Zimmer erlangt. Am Anreisetag durften wir vor offizieller Check-In Zeit auf die Zimmer. Generell war das Hotel sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings waren die Bäder teilweise nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand und deshalb schon etwas abgenutzt. In einem Zimmern war die Klimaanlage nicht runterzudrehen, weshalb es dort sehr warm war. Frühstück ist wirklich nichts besonderes, da bekommt man nur die billigsten Aufbacksemmeln und Toastbrot, aber scheinbar auch selbstgemachten Kuchen und Gebäck. Für den Preis alles in allem etwas zu schlechte Ausstattung, allerdings ist die Lage in Fußnähe zum Westbahnhof top.

We really liked this hotel. It is in a convenient location, a short walk from the Westbanhof Station where the metro provides a very frequent, quick and cheap journey into the city centre. The hotel itself is a very nicely modernised building, we had a nice big room with good facilities. We also had breakfast which was a lovely bonus and plenty to choose from and set you up for a days sightseeing.

It was a good hotel. This hotel is close to the station of the subway, and complementary breakfast was tasty.

Direkt neben dem Hotel war eine große Baustelle. Wir haben nach Reklamation ein Zimmer zum Innenhof ohne Aussicht bekommen, Bad sehr unzweckmäßig, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit, Wasserhahn so angebracht das man kaum Hände drunter waschen konnte. Frühstück sehr überschaubar, Aufbackbrötchen von Billa - falls gegen 9 Uhr noch welche da waren, Kaffee sehr dünn, 2 Sorten Wurst und sonst sehr übersichtlich.

Really nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate. It's clean and in good location.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was convenient to train and even walkable to many touristic places( about 20,30 min walk but a nice walk). Tanja was amazing and recommended a great local restaurant, which was excellent, she was very helpful with many questions we asked and solved few issues we had right away!

Their “24 hour” front desk staff are often not present. When checking in at 8:45pm, I spent 25 minutes searching the ground floor, knocking on random doors, messaging, emailing, and calling to try and get someone to attend the front desk. The worker had clearly been sleeping in a back room. She then left me personal information on an unattended front desk and returned to her sleeping spot (nowhere near the desk). Two mornings later at 7:00am, I went to the lobby to find someone who had been locked out of her room without her phone, who was unable to find any front desk staff to let her back in. Luckily, I knew their hiding spot from my check-in experience, so I went there, and unsurprisingly, there was a different sleeping staff member. Upon checkout at 8:30am, there was again no staff. This time the sleeping spot was only attended by cleaning staff, who took my key and said “you’re checked out”. All in all, very poor and frustrating customer experience.
