The apartment was super clean as new and very comfy! However the stated cost was €64 per night (2) ll was thus completely surprised to find just after that we had got in that I had been charged 220.80€ for the two nights ! I rang up to ask why ? The person on the other end of the phone said that it was a cleaning charge 55€ per night I had definitely not seen seen that when l booked as it said 64€ l argued with the person that it was a rip off and in the end she promised me a reduction Which I never received!,,,! Every hotel or B&B has to clean after the stay and during too which did not happen - nobody came to clean so that was 55€ stolen and as for the mess there was none only the sheets to change , A complete rip off!

Impeccable! It was like being in the Twilight Zone with tranquil views of meadows & mountains from every window & every appliance worked like a no brainer, we even had a dishwasher & who would have thought of a beautiful backpack for hikes?

Outstanding! Amazing view, very professional management, very clean property, thoughtful amenities, very spacious, and reasonably priced. Glad we chose this place. Willing definitely come back.

It has been the highlight of our trip! The location is incredibly central for nearly any type of activity. The local folks are fantastically friendly and very helpful! The Auszeit is a wonderfully comfortable, clean home away from home!

그로스글로크너를 간다면 최고의 숙소가 아닐까합니다. 1층에 위치한 방에 묵었는데, 침대와 거실로 공간이 분리되어 있고 거실에는 식기세척기, 냉장고, 오븐, 전자렌지, 전기포트를 비롯한 모든 요리를 할 수 있는 환경이 준비되어 있습니다. 숙소 뒤쪽으로는 초원과 산이 있습니다. 2박밖에 못 했지만 한달 정도 묵고싶은 숙소였습니다.

The apartment is in great condition, clean, partical, pleasant, comfortable. Pictures are little bit confusing since its an apartment building rather a romantic zimmer.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Dennoch habe ich mich sehr erschrocken, was für ein freches E-Mail ich vom Betreiber des Appartments erhalten habe. Behauptungen wurden in den Raum geworfen, welche gar nicht stimmen. Dies finde ich eine absolute Frechheit von der Familie Altenhuber. Schade, dass man Gäste so behandelt, und falsche Anschuldigungen trifft. Zudem ist die Reinigungsgebühr von 70 Euro für 2 Tage nicht gerechtfertigt. Kundenfreundlichkeit 1/10. Zudem wurden wir während dem Aufenthalt mit einer E-Mail Flut belästigt und am Sonntag morgen klingelte es bei uns bereits um 09.00 an der Tür, um das fehlende Geld (Putzgebühren) einzutreiben.

Meget fin lejlighed, der er helt nyistandsat. Vi fik dog en overraskelse, da vi skulle tjekke ud, og vi blev opkrævet et rengøringsgebyr på 65 euro, hvilket ikke stod på vores kvittering, men det stod med småt allernederst på siden, når man tjekkede den på Hotels.com. Det var muligvis vores egen skyld, men ikke desto mindre en streg i regningen. Det ændrer ikke på, at det er super lækre lejligheder, der ligger i en lille by, der er et godt stykke ude, men man skal lige være opmærksomme på det med småt, for når man som os, kun har én overnatning, så er rengøringsgebyret pludselig en fordobling af prisen, og ville måske have påvirket vores valg.

주인아저씨 엄청 친절하시고 유쾌하셨다, 체크인 체크아웃이 매우 편리하고, 시설이 굉장히 좋았다! 또 방문하고 싶다!

Pretty sweet apartment which was clean, very new, modern, comfortable but unfortunately due to the thin walls very loud. You could hear really every step from your neighbours. nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We (family of five, two teenagers) had a very pleasant stay. The apartments are part of a house in Embach, a small village about 6 km from Lend. The cleanliness and overall maintenance level of the apartment was suberb. The apartments are very new and in excellent condition. The beds were also very comfortable. There are excellent hiking opportunities with routes starting directly from the house. Embach is located about 400 m up from the base valley with fabulous views. The starting point to the Grossglocknerstraße is only 15 minutes away. Zell am See also about 15 minutes. Embach has a few hotels/restaurants and a tiny grocery store. Highly recommended.

This appartement hotel was totally rebuilt last year and is now a first class modern facility. Each appartement is very spacious and comfortable and has a balcony with great mountain views. It has been designed for people who like sports such as hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. It has several common rooms such as a lounge, a wellness room with spa & sauna as well as a drying room for ski boots. Amazing facility at a very good price near all of the great outdoor activities in around Zell am See. Just be aware there is an additional 45 Euro fee for cleaning at the end of your stay. Highly recommended and we'll be back.

숙박시설이 산 위에 있어서 조금 아쉽긴 하지만 그래도 차가 있어서 1시간~1시간30분간 거리에 있어서 나르 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 주변환경이나 시설이 너무나 좋았습니다. 또 가고 싶습니다~^^
