I stayed twice in the last month in Acotel. Very clean, the staff is very polite, and helpful! Breakfast has a great selection, and the Hotel is in a perfect location, and close to the center with the Underground two minutes away! Highly recommended the Hotel to my entire Family and friends traveling to Vienna:)

The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with an excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection.
They kindly offered us two adjacent rooms as requested and accommodated a late checkout at a reasonable price. A particularly thoughtful touch was the fruit tray they provided for my birthday.
We will certainly book again—everything was really appreciated.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet wunderbar, das Personal freundlich. Einzig die Hunde - die im Hotel zu Gast waren, dem Lärm nach waren es mehrere - haben gestört. Das Winseln war weiträumig zu hören.

Ficamos no Arcotel Donauzentrum de 21 a 23 novembro. Tudo foi ótimo. Desde o atendimento rápido e eficiente do check in até o check out. Destaque para o excelente café da manhã: pães e queijos diversos, ovos, geléias, iogurtes, cereais, bolos, sucos... Outro ponto muito favorável é a localização: ao lado de um excelente shopping e perto da estação de metrô Kagran. Quarto amplo, silencioso. cama confortável. Ainda tivemos a sorte de ver neve caindo no dia 23/11. Ficamos em outros hotéis em Viena, mas preferimos esse hotel.

Frukost ok, brödet kunde varit färskare.

Beautiful hotel but the air conditioning doesn’t function at night (??cost saving) and our windows opened on to a noisy roadway so we had to decide between it being too hot or too noisy. Great breakfast, helpful staff and convenient location near the metro and a mall.
