Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich außerhalb gefrühstückt hab. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Die U-Bahn Richtung Innenstadt liegt genau vor der Haustür. In der Nähe hält der Bus, der direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. Die Innenstadt ist mit der U-Bahn nur zwei Stationen entfernt. Besser kann die Lage nicht sein.
Leider ist derzeit vor dem Hotel die Baustelle der neuen U-Bahn-Station. Deswegen ist der Zugang zum Hotel nicht ganz so einfach. Aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Man bekommt von der Baustelle im Zimmer nichts mit und meins ging direkt auf die Baustelle.
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

洒店硬件很好，軟件比較差，例如前台人員冷冰冰的態度，好像不知道自己再做甚麼？收拾房的員工態度也是冷冷，再住多一晚也沒有補充飲用物品。

Right next to the U4 station Pilgramgasse. Room is clean and service is good. The only thing I have to complain is the wifi, which was extremely slow. I had to used my phone as a hotspot instead. Buffet breakfast was good but was quite pricy, 32 Euro per head.

The location was good, close to the metro and the city center. The staff were very friendly. It was a bit disappointing that breakfast was not included, but we were aware of this in advance. The room was fine, but I cannot understand why there was a sliding door made of frosted glass to the bathroom that could not be fully closed. This significantly lowered the overall rating. The bathroom is a fairly private space, and neither my daughter nor I appreciate hearing each other’s visits in there.

A equipe da recepção não era gentil. Quando fui fazer o check-in de uma segunda reserva para continuar hospedado, não encontraram inicialmente a reserva que eu tinha feito via Hotels.com, necessitando que eu voltasse em um segundo momento para conclusão do check-in. Quando pedi um quarto com cama de casal, ao invés de duas camas de solteiro, me colocaram em um quarto menor. A privada do banheiro não era boa e não tinha ducha higiênica.

The hotel and staff is very good. Very clean hotel.
Metro station just steps from the hotel.
Breakfast is ok. Not much variety.
At the moment the only con is the construction going on just beside it.
