The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Besides, our daily breakfasts were delicious and nutritious!

Durchweg sehr freundliches Personal, das sich sofort gekümmert hat, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, davon waren wir besonders begeistert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Alles sehr frisch und eine tolle Auswahl. Das Zimmer hat uns von der Einrichtung her auch sehr gut gefallen. Die U-Bahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Schlosspark Schönbrunn liegt auch quasi gegenüber. Die Gegend ist auch sehr angenehm. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Zimmer sind leider viel zu warm. Nachts lüften war nicht möglich, da wir das Zimmer auf einer dauerhaft befahrenen Straßenseite hatten. Von dem Lärm hat man durch das geschlossene Fenster aber gar nichts mitbekommen. Aber dadurch war uns nachts immer sehr sehr warm. Klimaanlage funktioniert erst ab 16 Grad Außentemperatur und wird auch durch die Außentemperatur reguliert, egal wie warm es im Zimmer eigentlich ist. Die Klimaanlage hat dadurch gar nichts gebracht, da sie nicht an die Temperatur des Zimmers angepasst war. Es fühlte sich immer an, als wäre die Heizung an, obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war. Das war leider etwas unangenehm.

Traveled to several countries this trip and by far this was the best hotel among several excellent ones. Vladimir was a gracious host. The staff welcoming and helpful. The room and grounds superior. Loved every minute of our stay.

Wir waren für eine Veranstaltung eine Nacht in Wien. Das Hotel war gut gelegen, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht weiter als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und ruhig im oberstenStockwerk Richtung Straße gelegen. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht beansprucht.

The location is excellent and the staff nice and helpful. Only the mattress was worn out and the bath towels were a bit too small. We would go back.

Das Hotel Maximilian ist super für Geschäftsreisen. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl und wird herzlich empfangen. Ich war schon sehr oft dort, und ich muss sagen, dass die Matratzen leider alle eine Kuhle oder Mulde haben, dass für Bauchschläfer nicht optimal ist! Zudem musste ich diesmal feststellen, dass die Toilette beziehungsweise die Toilettenbrille von unten zwar gereinigt wurde, aber in den Ecken doch erheblicher Schmutz zu finden war. Auch das Badezimmer hat am Anfang sehr stark nach Abfluss gestunken, da anscheinend die Dusche schon länger nicht mehr betätigt worden ist. Nach einigen Minuten Wasserlaufs hat sich das erledigt.

Lovely hotel in excellent location 5 minutes walk from underground , across the road from Schonbrunn Palace gardens . The room was clean and modern we had a balcony which was nice. Sauna faculties were good but be ware if you are offended by naked men there were plenty of them must be the culture . Staff on reception where really nice and helpful . Breakfast was really good plenty of choice but expensive if you didn’t have it included in your stay. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and received a nice plate of chocolates and fruit which was a lovely touch . Overall excellent stay would recommend .

Alles bestens, netter und rascher Check In, schönes und ruhiges Zimmer. Ein kleines Minus: Bar hatte um einiges früher geschlossen als angegeben.

Tolles Hotel in einer guten Lage in Wien. Das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Staff was helpful and pleassant

Immer wieder gerne sind wir in diesem Hotel: Top Lage, nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne Zimmer und in Hietzing kann man überall nett Kaffee trinken, spazieren oder essen gehen.

Hotel Maximillian met my expectations. The sauna was great, although no lockers. The hotel was modern and rooms clean. However there’s no closet to hang clothes. The bathroom door was heavy to open, needed a door stopper to leave it open. There are restaurants near hotel and train station is 5 minute walking distance. Trolley stop is 5 minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially MaryAnn. Overall, I was happy with this hotel.

The hotel is pretty but service is not great. 1) Not all of the staff speaks english, or they pretend they don’t which I think is dumb because is a hotel for God sakes. Only Anamari spoke it and she was very kind and helpful. 2) I requested cleaning of my room, and they didnt clean the floor. There was a dead bug that I found near the window and it stayed there the whole time. 3) The bath heater to dry clothes didnt work and they never sent a technician to fix it. 4) The room heater didnt have the controller, and one morning suddenly the heater turned itself on and started heating my room. Given that it didnt have the controller I couldnt turn it off, I asked the reception man and he laughed and said to me it was automatic and that at some point in the day it would stop, so I believed him and went out but at night when I came back my room was sooo hot! So I went down stairs and there was another lady that apparently couldnt speak or understand english very well, but I managed to explain and she send the maintenance guy who didnt know how to fix that, and I am not complaining about him because he explained to me the hotel didnt train him for this things, and didnt know why they were calling him instead of the technician (who sleeps in the hotel by the way!) so this nice guy, who I think was named David, helped me get another room! And also helped me move all of my things. He was the best of them all! The area is good. Cafe Dommayer the best!

I did not stay cause i could not travel due to the war in the area..and i sent to the hotel to cancel and refund the fees and they refused!!!..what an answer from a decent hotel!!they did not take in considration such an emergency!!

The front desk staff were super helpful, especially Erica.

I've stayed at the Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn next couple a couple times, so wanted to try this one as well. The big difference is that the rooms are remodeled and contemporary. The two hotels are connected which is nice so I was able to use the Parkhotel bar. This hotel is nice, clean, and close to public transportation. Price is slightly more than Parkhotel, but I liked this hotel because it was quieter with less people and this makes for a more convenient environment for businesss travel and casual discussions with colleagues in the lounge area.

It is an extraordinary place, its employees are attentive, the food is excellent, I recommend it.

Maximilian is becoming our 'Home Away from Home'. Location is absolutely perfect for our short holidays with family and friends. The best part of any hotel is its Staff. This is Maximilian's strongest draw. Erica has become like a part of our family... so pleasant, informative, considerate and caring. Her expertise and Human Touch represent your entire business the proper way. Perhaps Erica should become a leader in training future staff !
