Good stay. Large room

It locates at the city center but hidden in a corner, so it's a bit difficult to find at first but restaurants and shops can be foud right downstairs and it's close to the Metro station(which i hv forgotten the name already...). I was in Vienna at the hottest day and the hotel is without air conditioner so a bit hot but it was still ok with the fan they provided and i believe it's completely fine during normal weather. Recommened.

Hotel is located at the centre of tourist area where very close to metro station. My room is cozy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and willing to help. She recommended us a lot of good idea which is very helpful to our trip in Vienna. I could feel her passion in doing her job! I am happy to choose this hotel with wonderful service they provided! Very worthy!

Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of old town Vienna. Perfect location, lovely rooms, clean facilities, lovely breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The Aviano Boutique Hotel is in a perfect location. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Very good location! Suite was big, furniture and design very outdated.

O tamanho do quarto escolhido foi excelente. Como era um quarto triplo pedimos outros 2 suportes para mala, mas nao tinham. Outro detalhe é que o hotel fica no 3 e 4 andar de um edifício e tem 5 lances de escadas até acessar o elevador. Nossa sorte foi uqe quando chegamos o recepcionista era homem e conseguiu nos ajudar a chegar até o elevador. Levem esse "detalhe" em consideração na escolha. Localização excelente.

Location is good breakfast is nice very clean room but it’s so boutique the room very close to the breakfast facility smells a lot in the morning not pleasant it’s hard to find this place due to the front entrance door did not have good impression

Fantastiske hjælpsomme og søde værter. Super flot værelse med god seng og badeværelse der fremstod luksuriøst. Beliggenheden er også rigtig god!

Let's start from the staff. The lady in the reception is very kind, helpful and polite, i could say that she's very good at welcoming the guests and making them feel at home. Rooms are spacious and very warm, big and quiet. Comfortable beds, and you can handle the heating by yourself, as you want. Perfect location to explore the city. Breakfast under payment as an extra. I was glad to see and confirmed that during my stay they started some renovations in some of the rooms, about equipment, etc. I was happily surprised overall and will be back again when visiting Vienna.

The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The offered directions and assisted with parking options. But the property is very outdated. The chairs are threadbare and stained. Tiles in the bathrooms are broken. It’s also a little hard to find and to get your luggage up to your room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Idéalement situé au centre de Vienne on peut tout visiter à pied quasiment L'hôtel est au 4eme étage mais accessible par ascenseur et juste derrière la rue piétonne

Hotel super bem localizado, nas melhores ruas de Viena com inúmeras lojas e restaurantes de fácil acesso. Próximo ao metrô e próximo as principais atrações turísticas, é possível fazer tudo a pé. O hotel divide o prédio com outros estabelecimentos, são dois andares de quartos. Não fiz uso do café da manhã, hospedagem incrível, o quarto estava ótimo

This hotel has definite pluses and minuses. On the plus side, it has an incredible location in the New Market, only a few blocks from the opera house. Incredible shopping and restaurants at your doorstep. The Capuchin Church across the street. Minuses include a dated and stale interior, lack of air conditioning, located on the true 5th and 6th floors, the smallest shower I have seen in a hotel, no electrical outlets in the bathroom, and old carpeted floors. Even in late September it was too hot, and the fan only runs for two hours. There was no receptionist after ten pm.

Location could not have been better if you have a short visit and plan to do a lot of walking. Centrally located, didn't have to use public transportation or taxis to enjoy the beautiful core of Vienna.

Driving a rental car, it is hard to find the hotel. Getting to the nearby underground parking area (lots of 1-way streets) is an adventure. Hotel staff were great. Our room was very nice.

This place is great because of the location. When we checked in, our room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it's a non-smoking hotel and there is a sign in the room. We had to open all the windows to air it out over several days. The shower was awful. It would turn scalding if anyone used water in our room or the room next to us. My husband had a red patch on his chest for a few days because of it. I started trying to get up earlier and earlier in the morning to shower to avoid it, but never really could. Location was great but I might look elsewhere next time.
