Moderne en gezellige appartementen. Goed ingericht en rustige ligging. Zeer vriendelijke receptie.

Frühstück im Smart war nicht klass! Täglich außer Haus!

Schöne und saubere Zimmer! Sehr freundliches Personal! Ein Manko für mich war allerdings die Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern, denn die gibt es eigentlich nicht. Es gibt nur Lamellenvorhänge die für mich rein als Sichtschutz dienen. Für einen Urlaub mit Kinder nicht ideal. Außerdem find ich die Reinigungsgebühr pro Person nicht fair, haben für 2 Nächte als Familie €100 bezahlt. Fände die Gebühr pro Appartement passender.

Friendly staff and Nice apartment with all you need. Closed to local supermarket and free acces to Alpentherme Spa in Bad Hofgastein. We Will be back soon.

Ač je na stránkách hotelu uvedeno že je recepce otevřena do půlnoci, v reálu zavírá již v 17:00. Nicméně na to myslí a není se, naštěstí, problém (nutné zařízení s wi-fi - mobil, tablet apd.) se ubytovat klidně až v noci sám. Snídaně není přímo v hotelu, ale v ca 500m vzdáleném jiném hotelu. Někomu by mohlo vydit že hotel z velké části slouží jako ubytovna pro několik desítek migrantů. Jinak hotel OK, ikdyž teda zrovna prosklenou koupelnu přímo v pokoji zrovna nevyhledávám :)

Super lækre nye lejligheder, hvor der er mulighed for en rigtig god opdeling hvis man er 4-5 personer. Receptionen lukker kl. 17 så efter dette tidspunkt udleveres nøgle via boks.

Superfräscha lägenheter med fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Allt toppenmodernt. Konontrevlig tjej i receptionen.

The room was very small and you can barely move. The pillows were not comfortable. It was clean though.

Vi bodde 3 st i ett dubbelrum. Rent och fina materialval. Rummet var i minsta laget för 3 personer. Väldigt bra och tillmötesgående personal.Frukosten var ok, men inte mer.Lite dåligt påfyllt och väldigt svag juice och kaffe. Läget är utmärkt nära liften. Bra tillgång till parkering och skidrum.

We had a fantastic stay at Bergparadies after booking last minute in search of snow. We drove up from Slovenia in about 3 hours - it was about 7pm by the time we arrived but staff had left our room key out ready for us. The apartments were great with everything you need and staff were very friendly and helpful. Opposite Dorfgastein gondola taking to you to the top of the mountain and great slopes. Other areas of the ski amade region also a short drive away. Pefect!

The apartment is brand new, all furniture were in great condition and most importantly, the place was Super clean. We had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen with fridge and necessary cookware, and a dining/living area. The reception left my keys out my door because I arrived after normal working hours (very convenient). I was able to check-in the next morning. They provided me with a personalized tablet where I could find information of activities available during our stay. We were delivered bread every morning (they gave us the option of choosing the type and the amount). Great staff, treated us very well. Front office is closed during the weekend, but we didn't encounter any issues. A supermarket is close to the site, a great Italian restaurant and to the back there is a Ski park. We are planning on going back during the summer. Great place, would recommend anytime!

Eine Hotelangestellte rief mich am Handy an und kam sehr gut an. Nur schade dass sie am an und abreisetag nicht arbeitete, weil es am Wochenende keine Rezeption während der Nebensaison gibt, minuspunkt. Die Wohnung "Rauchkögerl" ist ein Beispiel makelloser Tischlerarbeit und Raumgestaltung. Übertreiben brauch ich nicht, eine abgeschlossene Tür befindet sich im Appartement vielleicht zu einer Rumpelkammer, wir konnten das Personal nicht fragen. Fazit: Perfekt muss nichts sein doch Das Bergparadies macht seinem Namen alle Ehre! Trotzdem war das das letzte Mal 75 € für drei Personen REINIGUNGSKOSTEN PRO NACHT!!!!!!!!

We checked in a bit late so the staff had to leave the key for us at the door...and we checked out very early in the morning, so we didn't really had a chance to meet the staffs. However, they were very attentive via email and gave us clear instructions on how to enter the place. I believe they'd be very helpful in person too. The only down side for this place is that there's elevator. So if you have big luggages (like we did), you might have a little trouble getting them up to the top floor.

Das Hotel liegt in Dorfgastein gleich am Eingang des Tals. Am Ortsrand mit schönem Ausblick und direkt an der Seilbahn auf den Fulseck. Das Hotel ist neu gebaut, sauber, schick und praktische. Zimmer und Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet.

Lækkert familie drevet hotel i dorfgastein. Vi tog 3 overnatninger i forbindelse med sommerferie i Kroatien. Bergparadis ligger nede for et bjerg, hvor der er kabine lift til toppen, hvor man kan lave masser af aktiviter, der også et hyggeligt friluftsbad 400m fra hotellet. Hotellet er godt indrettet med køjeseng til børnene og dobbelt seng til forældrene, der er 2 toiletter og et brus. Alt fremstår nyt. Vi kan anbefale man tager til nabobyen, hoffgastein og prøver mountaincart en lækker nedkørsel på nabo bjerget. Der er masser af afslapning i byen og en hyggelig lokal stemning. Vi skal helt sikkert herned igen, på vinter eller sommerferie.

We took a last minute reservation, because we needed a place to sleep on our way through Austria. The place was really nice and everything was brand new or at least looked like that. This is an apartment, so we had kitchen/livingroom, small yard, bedroom and bathroom.I have never been in such a clean hotel. Not even fingerprints on taps or door knobs. Even all the forks, knives and spoons were organised precisely in the drawer. Beds were great and we got a really good sleep. Wifi worked well in the room, so thats definitely a plus. Only one thing could have been better since I didnt notice anything about the end cleaning fee when I booked the room. We stayed only one night so the cleaning fee would have been significant compared to room price. At the check-in the receptionist suggested himself that we should only pay half of the fee, since we had such a short stay. I assume this place is usually for people that stay longer. Receptionist was really helpful and gave us some tips and made the check in process really smooth. We arrived about 8pm, so he helped us and our luggage in the room first and said that he will do the paperwork and brought it to the room 5-10 minutes later. After a really good sleep we were very satisfied.
