地點佳 接待人員親切 但房間太小了

員工服務親切，熱心解說我們的疑問。飯店交通方便，但晚上因附近有餐廳，稍微吵了一點。

地點非常好，服務人員也很友善 ，貼心送了巧克力。讓我這趟旅程 有很好的回憶

飯店服務員很有禮貌，只是房間舊了一點

房间不大，但是设施很全也够用。停车不是很方面，但是酒店提供打折券，一晚15欧，算是不贵了。 地理位置也算不错，因为萨尔茨堡很小，所以走走就能逛完主要的景点。

The location is excellent and the hotel is close to sightseeing spots and bus stops. The breakfast is sumptuous. It is value for money for staying in this hotel.

Although the hotel looks small and a bit old from the photos, the rooms are actually clean and comfy. Staff are really nice!

The hotel was lovely, staff were so very friendly and the breakfast was out of this world, so many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was all excellent. An older building but very well maintained. The rooms were spatious enough for two people. Would absolutely visit again!!

This hotel is exceptional! Igor and Dominik made check in so easy! The room was clean and had windows which opened on to the pedestrian street. The bed was very comfortable. The directions to walk to the Christmas market were perfect and we also were very close to the Edelweiss Cooling School (a must do). Igor made me some wonderful scrambled eggs! The breakfast buffet literally had everything! Igor and Domink you make the stay so wonderful! Keep in mind on the pedestrian streets there are no car parking so unload there and you park outside the limited access area.

Nettes Personal, zimmer sauber und die lage war super

We had a lovely stay in Salzburg! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful! We were given an apartment style room across the street from the main property which was spacious and comfortable! The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was updated nicely and the building was super cute as well. Nice touches in the bathroom with slippers and a couple other nice amenities! No elevator but not a big deal at all! The use of the coffee machine in the building was great! We opted out of breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The location in Salzburg was fantastic, walking distance to all major attractions and the Christmas markets! Overall a great stay and I would stay again if I am ever back in Salzburg!

Schöne Unterkunft in spitzen Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Over priced. Over charged. Very expensive for nothing. Old, rough, though not dirty.

Excellent location, friendly staff, well appointed rooms.
