Great location, kind and helpful staff, enjoyable breakfast. Our room was spacious, warm and quiet with a good shower. Not the most trendy decor, but excellent value for the price.

This was an excellent location, 5 mins from the Aqua terra Zoo, 20 min walk from the Museum Quarter and 25 min walk from Wiener Stadthalle.
This is a budget friendly hotel with great helpful staff and good amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around so this makes up for no bar or restaurant on site.
breakfast was good and fresh.
It is on the 2nd floor so use of a small life or the stairs. Connection from the airport to Vienna City Airport train was easy and then a connection from Wien Mitte to Neubaugasse U3 underground was also easy.

位於鬧區，四週都是精品店，離U3捷運出入口約50m內，交通方便。電梯很小，而且感覺很舊了，房間超大，舒適乾淨，有廚房，而且鍋，碗，餐具，杯盤都有，還有免費的膠囊咖啡機隨你用。前枱服務員很專業，英文流利。不過，有一晚我們房間停電了！後來服務人員查看結果是電箱開關跳電，再打開開關就有電了。不過原因不明，據說可能是電力超載的自我保護，但是我們其實沒有用什麼電器啊。早餐普通，選擇不多。

Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist. Wunsch gegen Verlängerung um 7 Stunden wurde gegen Aufpreis ermöglicht. Schlecht sind die Stufen bis zum Aufzug. Mit schwerem Gepäck unmöglich.

Erittäin vanhahko htelli. Ilmaistointi ja jääkaappi eivät toimineet. Me maksettiin terassista,mutta emme saatu sitä. Aamiainen: leivät,leikkeleitä, juustot ja kurkkuviipaleet..that's it.! Ei ollut edes leipäpaahahdinta!
Mutta!- henkilökunta on erittöin suloinen! Hotelli on ihan keskustassa !

This appears to be a family-run hotel, with very welcoming staff. The room was a bit outdated, but the bathroom was new. Unlike a traditional hotel with a ground-level lobby, you need to be buzzed in, as the building is shared with other businesses. Construction of a new underground metro means there are quite a few concrete barriers around. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
