本次在10/30（三）入住210號房，乾淨,安靜,距離VIE機場也近,附近吃飯採買也都適宜,也有地鐵可搭,非常便利！早餐很豐富。唯一認為可以加強的：前台人力稍嫌不足，很明顯客人已經在排隊了，但看到前台後面的門有人進進出出（不知道他們在忙什麼），但就是讓前台只有一個人服務，電話也響個不停，這讓住房者感覺不太專業！可以改善人力的適時支援，會更棒！！

We slept in Courtyard Marriott Hotel for 3 nights during our vacation in Vienna. It is really a very good hotel with excellent services. That is because we were in trouble when we arrived at the coach stop in Vienna--one of our backpacks was stolen by thefts hidden in the stop. We were in deep sadness for losing half of our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel and told all of these to the staff of the reception. They gave us sincere help indeed. The young man named Matthias showed us the location of the nearest police station in the map. And the next evening when we returned to the hotel he provided us a charger for our cellphone and showed us where we could buy a new charger for our camera in the map.He was so kind and gave us much help. We must said thanks to him! Of course, we thank all the staff in the reception for their help to us so that we can continue our journey in the following days. The environment of the hotel is quite beautiful and comfortable. The room is large and clean. It provides all we need including the kettle for boiling hot water.It is very quiet and we got good rest there. Its location is also good for it is only five minutes walk to the nearest metro station. It is easy to travel to the city center.

this hotel is comfortable and convenient. It is close to subway station and the amusement park Parter. It provides free snacks such as candies and chocolates for children. That would be great if our price included breakfast and wifi.

Waren 2 Nächte im Courtyard. Die Dusche ging in der ersten Nacht nicht. Die wurde zwar am zweiten Tag dann repariert aber eine Minderung des Preises haben wir nicht bekommen, was bei 400€ pro Nacht eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.
Frühstück war in Ordnung, nur leider zweimal das Gleiche. Wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, finde ich, sollte das Frühstücksangebot etwas variieren. Personal war sehr nett, die Sauna hat uns gut gefallen, vielleicht wäre ein Wasserspender an der Sauna noch gut, weil es nichts zu trinken gibt. Es befindet sich nur ein Wasserspender im Fitnessraum.
