Great place to stay, super friendly staff, lots of nice amenities, good food, easy distance to bus stop to get to the mountain. would stay here again for sure.

The stay in Das Falkenstein was beyond my expectation. The room was beautiful, well-furnished, with ample space. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. They had so wonderful facilities. I didn't want to leave!

Das Falkenstein is on the outskirts of Kaprun, so it would be most helpful to have a car, which I did. It's a traditional Austrian hotel with that style of decor. Everything was super clean, my single room was very comfortable, the WiFi was great, and the breakfast was plentiful (even fresh watermelon), farm fresh eggs (their own chickens, which I "visited" out back!). Free parking right out front with more across the street, where the scenic river rushed by. Staff was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very good service and a lot of food choices for dietary restrictions, too. If the room had air conditioning, comfort would have got top marks as well. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing dinner and cold swimming pool.

Das Falkenstein took my vacation from great to excellent! The people who work there are very friendly, easy going and helpful all the time. Breakfast and dinner were gorgeous thank to their certified chef and top quality foods. Room conditions were great with the feeling of an alpine hotel that you want. There is no better place to be at this price and closeness to Kitzsteinhorn!

Friendly stuff (all), nice wellness, but cold water in swiming pool. Delicious food. Room was clean.

This hotel is a great getaway for couple and maybe kids, the only reason I say maybe kids is that everything to do in the summer is outdoors, like waterfalls and such. The restaurant was good, but the service even better. It's a small town nearby and this hotel is centrally located between two small towns. The only thing I would say is offer a fan for the rooms because at night it got pretty hot and leaving windows open brings in bugs.

I enjoy my stay in the hotel they give us summer card which can be use in the activity in kaprun and zell am see. The wifi was good but in the night there will be no service and swimming pool closed at 7 PM

Das Hotel als solches ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Der Wellnessbereich ist super gemütlich und optimal für einen Wellnesstag. Die Massagen können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Wirklich schön war auch der Sportbereich und die Möglichkeit kostenlos an Yogakursen teilzunehmen. Rundum hat es uns super gefallen! Wir kommen gerne!!

TV Bedienung u Badspiegel schmutzig..Heavy Metal Musik beim Essen u zu laut u angenehm.. Herr an Reception sehr freundlich!

Die Zimmer und das Hotel im Allgemeinen ist sehr schön designt und sauber. Die Grösse des Wellness Bereiches ist gross, im Gegensatz dazu sind die beiden Saunas mit hoher Temperatur aber sehr klein

Wir haben uns im Falkenstein rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war alles sehr frisch, die Eierspeisen gibt es auf Bestellung. - das Rührei ist sehr zu empfehlen :-) Der Pool und der Spabereich sind sauber und sehen sehr neu aus, nur das Wasser könnte vielleicht ein bisschen wärmer sein. Das Personal war sehr nett, und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wurden herzlich empfangen, kurze Corona Regeln mitgeteilt,Hotel sehr sauber, konnten nach Karte Abendessen, Kellner sehr freundlich, Gutes Frühstücks Buffet.

Jede Reise hat ein Ende, aber die Erinnerung daran ist unvergänglich. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Familienhotel in ruhiger Lage. Tolles Personal, hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und herzlich Willkommen. Das reichhaltige und ausgewogene Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich - am besten mit Halbpension buchen. Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Wellnessbereich (siehe Homepage). Die Massagen sind auch empfehlenswert. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis war der Gleitschirm Tandemflug mit Gastgeber Sepp - einfach bei Anreise an der Rezeption anfragen. Das Falkenstein ist Partner von der Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte. Diese bietet viele kostenlose und auch rabattierte Attraktionen/Ausflüge. Informationen findet man auf der Homepage oder via App zum Downloaden „Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte“.
