埃克维也纳酒店

今次自駕遊旅程甚中一站，在這酒店住兩晚，但這酒店感覺對華人有點歧視及不禮貎，因為看到他們對待其他非華人旅客的態度截然不同。 第一天到達時，向酒店櫃檯詢問是否有停車場可供泊車，但服務員只說停車場滿了，原本也沒大不了，在附近有附費停車場，但入住後的兩天在房間窗看到酒店停車場都有位置，未見過滿車情況。 不幸的，我們在第二天晚上車子出現問題，急需尋求救援維修，因為跟著的那天我們要繼續行程離開維也納，酒店房間的電話不能外撥，只有到酒店大堂櫃檯借用電話，我們亦有向大堂職員說明面對的困難，正急需求助，亦是同一位不禮貎的服務員 YANA小姐，她要知我們撥甚麼號碼，我們給她，她看似幫忙撥號，但當地區號也按了，電話一直不通，我們接過電話自己撥號好了，但正與維修公司聯絡途中，那位 YANA 小姐要我們交還電話，說我們不能再用；在知道客人有困難、需要協助時，這是待客之道嗎？ 我們唯有不再用電話，直接到維修中心，但交還電話時，那 YANA 小姐說我們今天 CHECK-OUT 要我們附住宿稅現金，但那是上午 9 時多，CHECK-OUT 時間是中午 12 時，我們還未退房，而且銀包在房內，只有跟她說稍後再附。 總括這次旅程，入住過 6 家酒店/旅館，這間的服務跟態度是最差，我絕對不會介紹給朋友！

Good location and clean room

Worse. Not recommend .the shower had broken for two days . And I have to go to gym room to bath .

離地鐵站有一小段距離，但算很近 Hotel is not too far from the U-Bahn station(Alser strabe) 飯店人員有時臉雖然很臭但很幫忙，也會主動提供地圖、熱水 Staff is helpful(city maps and hot water providding from restaurant) but looks like unhappy haha! 房間wi-fi很快算舒適但小缺點是沒有煮水器 Room is comfort, clean and having speedy wi-fi. 此外大推Alser strabe 地鐵站外的沙威瑪!好好吃!

Room was quiet and comfortable, however as a 4-star hotel standard, a little crowded for double room. traffic is OK, outside the room there is tram station towards city centre, while sub-way need about 10 min walking, last but not least, they offer quite good price.

We stayed in the hotel twice during the trip. The room is somewhat small but comfortable enough for the stay. Breakfast is good. During the 2nd stay, we put the "CLEAN MY ROOM" sign on the door in the morning but found out our room was not cleaned when we got back to the hotel in the evening. Talked to the front desk about this but they seemed not so surprised? In addition to that, I 'd recommend the hotel for its reasonable price and values provided.

位置有点偏，但是搭地铁还是很方便。房间是这几次旅游里面性价比最高的，平均每人一晚20欧很棒了。前台小哥很萌很热情哦，晚上check in的时候小哥已经下班了，换了个不好讲话的女前台，不能三个人睡双人间了有点伤感，床真心宽，两张单人床可以睡四个女孩子都不挤的啊啊啊

Struttura carina, ad eccezione dei corridoi (c'è la moquette...), camera semplice, ma pulita e dotata di quanto necessario. La struttura è leggermente fuori dal centro, ma è ben collegata con una fermata della metro esattamente davanti l'ingresso, ottima per raggiungere in poco tempo qualsiasi punto di Vienna. Personale simpatico ed efficiente.. l'unico appunto per il personale della sala colazione, anche quello molto efficiente, a prima mattina un buongiorno e un sorriso per gli Ospiti possono essere molto apprezzati, oltre a chiedere il numero di camera :)

Tutto perfetto, vicino alla fermata della metro, puoi raggiungere tutti i punti che vuoi. Colazione fantastica Consiglio vivamente.

Las habitaciones muy antiguas y el baño demasiado viejo también, con trabajos salía el agua

Room temperature was not adjustable and too warm. Had to keep window open. No electrical outlet in bathroom.

The hotel and the room were good but the location is not very close to the city center.

Tolles Hotel, leider Zimmer nicht sauber besonders das Bad dort gab es nichtmal eine WC Bürste.

Tout est parfait hormis le parking.

It was ok

Easy access to public transit.
